Actually I had letters written from one of her friends, stating that her boyfriend did it, how he did it, and why he did it. They were given to the lead detective, but I still see no arrest.

The girl that wrote me the letters may not have been arrested since the letters were turned over. She could be talked into giving up more info on her next prostitution charge.

Sasha-I just want to let you and your sister know, that there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of you mom and you girls. I know she loved you girls more than anything in the world and I can only imagine the questions you have. It has only been a few years that I heard about what happened. I wish I had known sooner. I still tell myself that the phone is going to ring and it will be your mom's voice. I still am dealing with never being able to have any closure and telling her good-bye. Blame Lanas parents on Lanas being raised the way she was ... Barbra was always too busy, as was her dad and Lana was a child of the street with very little supervisions... How do I know, i grew up around her in that neighborhood! Im not shocked by the news, i knew her as a young child to a teen. I find it very very tragic I remember when her brother Kenny died,... Very sad family situations.

Lana was like a sister to me growing up. I can't believe she's gone. Sasha, I use to hold you as a baby and remember playing with you when your mother and you lived above her dad's office. I miss your mother very much and constantly check the Orlando Police website, hoping that the monster who did this has been caught. Does anyone know the "Boyfriend's" name?

I remember swimming in Lake Conway off Swann Ave. with her and my sisters when we were kids. She also went to Memorial Jr. High around 1984-1985 for a short period of time with me. I am shocked to hear of her death. RIP Lana, and may God be with you.
