what the hell was that? thinking out loud?? why don't you gently nudge mike from your bedside and let him get into the conversation. just because you are the pitcher doesn't really mean that you get to make all the decisions in your relationship.

I don't think Magic will get that kind of recognition until they make the Eastern Conference Finals and play a convincing and competitive series win or lose. Then they should get some big props and future oomph in predictions/analysis. Not to mention the bigger impact of a way bigger market for the Magic Organization, they will get much more profits in many categories, and can probably add more pieces, as well as a big revival in fanbase; something like the Shaq and Penny days I'd imagine.. Which is a crazy exciting environment to be in!

Why would Memphis make this trade? It is becoming very obvious that JJ is easily guardable in the NBA and Cook is, what, a 3rd or 4th string PF. I wish JJ would hit his shots. He had this same problem last year when he got playing time and he is doing again this year. I just hope he doesnt play so bad he will have no trade value left in 2 weeks. This is JJs chance or he gets buried on the bench for the rest of the season again. If Lee comes in and scores JJ will be done.

Poor JJ chokes. I thought he was getting over it a bit in the last couple of games. LAMO even came out of hiding for JJ's second start of the year. But even I, with my low expectations of him, was shocked at how he blew it, 30 minutes and 4 points? Good luck getting someone to take him on.

This does not mean well for the Magics magics fans. The Superior HEAT will rise up and BURN their way up and destroy the Atlanta Hawks and Magics. The HEAT WILL WIN!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!! LEEEEEETTTTSSSS GOOOOOO HEEEEAAAATTTT!!!!!!!! The Magics will lose by 25 in Boston after Pierce scores 40 and the Magics will lose 15 strgiht and finish with a lowly 21-61 record. Dwight Howard will also come clean and demand to be traded to a superior team (The Heat) and will be better off with D-Wade than TURK-A-LOOOO and "J.J." WHO AS the popster above me just said "chokes" just like Nick Anderson! HAHAHAHA!!!! NIK THE BRICK WE WIL NEVER FORGET YOU!

Is this a misprint ? David Lee of the New York Knicks had a 30/20 night tonight ?
Nope, it's true and Duhon had 22 assists, still a long way off from Scott Skiles career of 30. I don't think anyone will ever surpass that record, do you?

Not a bad call. Are they shopping Hakim Warrick? JJ has missed too many open shots. Maybe all this playing time will get him rolling. I keep waiting for him to get hot and it a couple of three's in row or something, but he's even missing the wide open shots.

I would take that trade.

I attended the game last night. A few things stood out--obviously Dwight's monster night. Also, the local kid, Daniels from Edgewater looked really good on both ends of the floor for Indiana. Indiana is horrible!

I know someone will have something sick to say, but I plead with some of you posters to stop the vulgar stuff. Rememeber, teens can check this site. Please stick to basketball and the Magic.
If you want to add your sick comments, go to another site there's one about gay adoption that is really controversial right now--join that discussion. PLEASE!

Hey Nanningbob! I here you. It drives me nuts that JJ's getting all these wide open shots and can't make one. I'm waiting for him to get hot!

Are you back in China? I thought you were in Northern California.

Its funny how all the armchair GM's come onto these blogs and make these trades like....the Magic should trade JJ and Brian Cook for whoever. Everybody forgets that it takes two teams to make a trade! No doubt, Brian Cook has limited trade value right now, although I thought he was missed last year in the playoffs.

How about tonights blog, there's som much BS on it. Jim you've ruined this site with all your BS. Now your in some pissing contesting with someone who's obviously sick of your crap. As you say, this is not gonna get it done. Also, like you say, let's stick to talking about the Magic on this blog. Grow up dude.

The bottom line, Dwight is a monster and will only get better. Another 30/20 game.

Go Magic. A win against Boston would be sweet, but it's going to be super tough.

Just claim Stephon Marburry off waivers when the Knicks release him - they will gladly pay his salary. Give him the coming to Jesus meeting and give him the rock. Yes, he is a frickin' mess, but he is still a very good PG/SG, which we don't seem to have any right now.

Take a chance and roll the dice - you can always bench him if he acts up.

Agreed, Jim has ruined this forum. There used to be insightful comments or a least honest opinions, but now it is 80% crap and hardly worth scrolling down to find the two meaningful posts. Jim is a complete loser and the idiot posting sexual comments on a sports blog read by kids should be arrested. You are not anonymous. The sentinel records your IP adress and information.

Hello all my brothers and a few white peoples too. I have a bet going with my man Reggie Love. I say that those Magics will have a won loss record that's even up...say like 28 & 28 sooner than later.
Reggie he say, The Magics will have a record like 24 & 32 sooner than later.
I sure hope he will be wrong because I think the Magics can at least come in about 12th place in the NBA this year.
Good luck Magics. Oh, and D12, you welcome at the White House anytime boy...Michelle been begging me to get you up here. If ya know what I mean. HeHe.

It's so good to see that others are sick of this mess also. Enough is enough, and its time for this ignorant junk to stop. It can be very easy to get caught up in the madness and loose your temper. I did it for awhile with LMAO, but thankfully I was able to get back on the right track. The only way we can rid ourselves of these fools, is to ignore them. Only a fool or a retard can have an ignorant discussion with themselves, so if we agree to not comment back, hopefully, they'll just go away and find a new toy to play with. Now. Lets get back to the message at hand. The Magic have been playing some good ball, and hopefully we can keep it up. I am very disappointed in J.J. Just when I started to give the man a break and believe he can really help the team out, he goes back to throwing up brick after brick. He's running out of time to prove himself, and I hope all you J.J fans are watching. This is his big chance and the chance you all have been calling for, and your boy is blowing it. Lets hope he can turn it around for the sake of the team and himself.
