Review: Advanced Interventional Pain Clinic

I went to this doctor in march 2013 solely to find out if she does pain pumps, or if she had any other recommendations for my pain. Everyone was nice, but they insisted that I take a drug test before the doctor would see me (which was okay). The doctor came in and told me she no longer does pain pumps, so we agreed she couldn't help me.
Imagine my surprise when I got a lab bill for $533! It turns out the actual lab bill was $5,000 + and $533 was the portion my insurance did not cover.
Why would you forward a urine sample to the lab and cause the patient to be charged money after the patient has told you she is not chosing you to be her doctor? Needless to say, I don't have that kind of money and I obviously can't pay the bill.
