Southwest to Offer Flights from Richmond, Norfolk

The Dallas-based airline says it will have one nonstop flight between Orlando, Fla., and Richmond International Airport, taking over a route now flown by AirTran Airways.

Southwest also has no change penalties.
Delta, USAir, United charge $200 to change your non-refundable domestic tickets, charge for luggage and provide snooty service.

I guess more choice is always good, but flying Southwest is like riding in a cattle car. I just won't do it if there is another choice available.

Unless you are in first or premium seats, there isn't much difference.
