when a child is prescribed a stimulant for adhd treatment - most doctors worth anything will require a baseline ekg and a follow up ekg annually - most doctors do this for adults that also take the same stimulants. there is a good reason for this.

Using these medications for 'educational gain' is really the same as cheating. If you need to stay alert for exams drink a coffee, redbull or take some no-doz.

from "oversea" pharmies, cost a little more, but when that package comes in the mail after going through customs, you grades will go up. The internet is the perfect drug store

1) This is what you get when you don't let kids be kids.

2) The Drug Laws, not drugs; are the root of all drug related problems. People clearly want these products. TIme to legitimize them and tax them as we do cigarettes and alcohol. Put the money to prevent, education and rehabilitation. Do this and you'll see how fast gangs, cartels and terrorists go away.

The problem has never been drugs. The problem has always been drug abuse. Try focusing on the right problem.

This is nothing new. College kids were taking "diet pills" which is basically the same thing, back in the 50's to cram / study for exams.

When I was in college, this stuff was everywhere. I had my own Rx, but didn't tell anyone because all of the honor-students would try to get me to sell it. Around exam time, you would see all the students with blue noses in the library ;)

It worked for me. Went from C's in math courses to A's within a semseter, and ended up exceling in some really tough theory courses.

Is wearing corrective lenses for "educational gain" cheating?

I guess I'll leave my glasses at home, as they only enhance the vision that I was meant to have.

Hypocrisy.

How can you advocate one drug over another? Caffeine may not require an Rx, but neither does nicotine or ephedrine. Are the latter OK study aids?

"I'm like,'Don't even go there'"
It's clear the drug doesn't work.
And while you're at it, burn down the University of New England in Maine.

I have near crippling ADD. I went through life for over fifty years not knowing what was wrong. I got really good SATs, but flunked out after three semesters because I couldn't function in a formal classroom situation. I would either fall asleep, or not remember what was taught. A state social worker I knew gave me a book called Driven to Distraction. I read it and found myself. With counseling and medication, I can more or less function. I still can't remember a phone number long enough to dial it. It takes me a year to remember someone's name. I still miss appointments and get instructions mixed up, but I know what it is. Adderall messed up my metabolism. Ritilin caused my arythmia to act up. They both worked as advertised, but after a period of time, they stopped working, as my body adapted to them. I developed a tolerance. I am taking Strattera now. It is bad for my blood pressure and my heart palpatations, so I have to take meds to combat stray atrial signals, but I am functional, more or less. I will never be able to function at a normal level. I can do differential calculus in my head, Discuss String theory with authority in Quantum Physics, and remember the order of the cards in a blackjack game, but I invariably miss my doctor's appointments, or lose the thread of a conversation with my wife... even "enhanced" with ADD medication. It would be so nice to be normal.

Before I ordered Strattera here I ran a thorough investigation on the manufacturing practices in India in general and found out that there is death penalty for counterfeiting drugs there. I figured it would be enough to give the Strattera pills a try and I was quite satisfied with the result.
Indian Strattera and Ritalin similar meds. This is ADHD medications. And the this suppliers seem honest and reliable. On the site http://indiantrustedpills.info I've just placed my 3rd order. I hope this info will be of any help to the community.

Indian Strattera from http://indiantrustedpill.info works great. I am able to focus and am able to do more tasks at once, which my job requires. I am now able to sit down for more than 10 minutes at a time and read, write, and study for my college classes. The only thing that bothers me is that I sometimes forget to take my dose of medication. Other than this instance, I am able to function better as a person!

I'm currently on selegiline 5 mg pills (Brand name NIAR here in Mexico) and it works pretty well for concentration, focus and motivation, when im not on selegiline i go for modafinil, brand name modiodal here... both are a little expensive but they are worth the money. on modafinil i can concentrate and plan , my verbal and working memory are very increased. I, pro smart drugs, here in mexico there is no smart drugs movements or communities or anything, the only good thing is that you can get almost any of this drugs without a prescription..... so if anyone wants something shipped from Mexico im here to help... i my e mail is [email protected]
