The water fountain at the jail was waiting for him.

As for whether it's 4 or 6 officers, when did the media ever really bother getting the facts straight.

Why doesnt anyone see something wrong with this picture. We live in a total police state where its perfectly acceptable to partially electrocute someone for being a disturbance. you mean to tell me that four cops couldnt remove this guy without shocking and arresting him. the only difference between us and china is that this story makes the news. Without public outcry that this type of forceful control over the populice is unacceptable, I wonder how much longer this difference will exist.

Typical attitude of a "I want to yell in your face" progressive. Kerry was and is still a looser, it doesen't get any better than this.

I saw this on TV and he was acting like a little biatch. He wouldn't shutup, and wouldn't cooperate when they asked him to leave. He was given the chance to have his say, but he was being selfish and rude to everyone by going on and on and on.

Why would they want to fight the guy, take a chance on hurting him or getting hurt in the struggle, when a safe and not particluarly painful stun with a taser will cause him to stop thrashing around and fighting like a moron?
Yes, I was stunned with one, voluntarily, uncomfortable as all, but not painful, just makes all your muscles tense up at once and you can't do anything...

Ah, I see the Democratic Gang Police has once again "put down" anyone trying to ask a question that would embarrass the candidate. If I recall a few years ago the same thing was happening in 1930's Germany.

Think about it.

What abuse? Freedom to speak doesn't mean rambling on for hours during an orginized forum. He had his time to speak. He continued on a rant...on and on... after his time to speak was over. He refused to stop and allow others to speak. The police tried to escort him peacefully away. He wanted to struggle, fight, and contiune to rant and rave. So, instead of fighting the guy, a tazer was used on him to stop him from hurting the cops or the cops hurting him.

Freedom of speech does not mean infringing on the freedom of speech of others, which this guy was doing. I would venture to guess that Kerry didn't step in because he too was tired of the ranting idiot.

So because he went passed his time he should be jailed?

And what is with all the retards referring to ucf and water when this was at uf?

There was a bit of excessive force here, I for one do believe the officers were in the wrong here putting their hands on him and trying to move him.

Am I the only one who thinks that he was well with in his rights to ask what he had done and try to remove himself from their grips?

After watching the video i don't see were the security did anything wrong.

Since when do the rights of one trump the rights of everyone else in the hall? The man was out of control he refused to stop disturbing the meeting.

Yes he has the right to act like an ass but he also faces the consequentness for his actions. If the people running the meeting said his time was up at what point do you stop him from holding the meeting hostage?

Again where does his rights overide everyone elses?

I would say he learned a lesson that day.. Yes you can do what you want in a free country. But your rights only extend until you start to trample the others guys rights. Then it gets sticky.

Welcome to the Communist States of America. You have the right to say anything you want to as long as it doesn't oppose the government or the police.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
U.S. Constitution 2nd amendment

This guy was peaceful until being illegally arrested by university police. He was redressing his grivences to a member of the congress, another constitutionally guaranteed right, again he was arrested while being constitutionally protected.

Thank you to all the liberals for turning this great country into a communist state.
