I love this woman, she had a brat that tied her down and kept her from enjoying life and took steps to correct the problem.
I for one find that a very desirable trait in a woman and find it sexy and hot that she loves her life enough to not worry about some rotted crotch fruit.
Good for her and she always has a place to stay if she wants to move to Tennessee.
I made several donations to her when she was in jail and she was very kind and wrote me to personally thank me for supporting her in those terrible times when she was not allowed to be out and partying like she was accustomed to.
there are millions too many kids around on welfare and people vilify someone that takes one off the welfare teet, she is a hero in my book as is any woman that has an abortion.
I want to set up some kind of trust fund that will pay women's expenses and lost time if they have an abortion. I would like to give each woman a minimum of $5000 for emotional distress plus pay all abortion related expense's and to have her tubes tied give her an extra $2000

Get tired of your inane ramblings about disney and OPD there didja mascot? i doubt you have two pennies rubbing together in your own pockets much less try to line the pockets of the skankycumdumpster. you are a sick individual and its easy to see why your (X)wife chose to fool around with a cop, probably scared to death of you and hoping you'd commit suicide BY cop...

To be honest, I'm still numb over it. Two clowns bombarding me with negative advertising for six months. The fact is, either way I'll be paying more for less. That's just how business operates, and government is just a business-

Half of my kin thought Romney was the second coming, the other half are academics who see through the rhetoric from both parties.

I'm a liberal, hell, Romney's half a liberal, he just changed his spots to appease the far right fruitcakes of his party. He doesn't come across as genuine and that's probably because he isn't.

Someone said 'money is the root of all evil', and I've said 'in this country, money is god'

The right is just far too hypocritical for me so I'd half to say I'm ok with the election results.

Obama had Romney for lunch at the White House and served him white turkey chili.

White turkey for a white turkey. Fitting.

How many times a day to you j**k off looking at her picture and dreaming she is all yours?
She's free now, go look her up and hook up...for real and not in just your imagination. You'l be safe, she hasn't killed her dog yet.

all of the evidence that points to casey could also point to george. the jury wasn't convinced that george had no part in this. none of it adds up.
even now, nobody knows for sure what happened, which is why i think this case is so compelling.
somehow it seems to me that the anthony's had a script that they were all following. at this point, i can't say for sure that cindy's 911 calls were ever legitimate. i honestly don't believe any of them.
if i was on that jury i would have gone for child neglect at the very least. the death penalty was too much to ask for without concrete proof. there is no doubt that negligence was a factor and she got away with that. as for murder, i cannot say for sure.

I posted this on the Casey Anthony '.....goods to convict.....' Blog a few minutes ago:
I'm going to turn this around for a sec. Lets say Casey was convicted of Murder One, Jeff Ashton made his post-conviction argument, and Judge Perry sentenced her to death. Now, Casey, post-conviction, the raises the computer search arguing the government withheld it from them at trial. Could the defense invoke Brady v. Maryland and make it stick??
An interesting side question: If Judge Perry gave four years consecutive (ran wild) on four misdemeanors, I believe a death sentence would of been a good possibility IF there would of been a conviction is not as far fetched as some might think on this Blog.
That is an interesting question.

Brady lost because the evidence of guilt outweighed the prejudicial prosecutorial conduct. His case was remanded back to the trial court to decide his punishment, but SCOTUS upheld his conviction.

Here, the prosecutor missed exculpatory evidence, so the appeal would not be granted based upon ineptitude.

Had the prosecution KNOWN that there was exculpatory evidence, then the appellant court would have to weigh that new evidence for an acquittal, but it would most likely remand the case for a new trial because appellant courts are very reluctant to overturn jury verdicts.

Also, in Florida, in death penalty cases, a jury decides whether the death penalty is appropriate, not the judge. That is why the penalty stage is bifurcated from the trial stage. The same jury makes the decision--which is why prosecutors want "death penalty qualified jurors"--they are statistically far more likely to convict.

I agree with you about the death penalty, but I sure do wish they would not have overlooked this computer search done by the culprit.
As murder has no statute of limitations, I don't understand the rush to charge. It wasn't as if she had any money to flee the country.
Ms. Anthony can never be charged again with this crime no matter how much evidence appears or accrues since the Fifth Amendment's Double Jeopardy Clause prohibits it, and there is no federal violation. That cause of action is foreclosed.

I wouldn't engage with such a person. Either s/he is demented or attempting to incite acrimony. Why give such people any satisfaction? It only encourages them to post more sick fantasies.

I never followed the case. It wasn't interesting. Neither was the Zimmeran case. HLN will move on, probably to that Alexander or Sneiderman case. Floridians are a strange bunch.
