Hope she does come to Texas. We don't welcome baby killers here. She will have a rough life getting her ass kicked everyday.

She will commit more crime when she is released and if she commits those crimes in Texas she won't get off so easily. Texas is known for carrying out the death penalty more than any other state! If she goes to Texas they will be WATCHING her closely!!

You people make me sick...None of you were there and none of you know what happened with the child. Casey was proven innocent in a court of law. Stop being so self-righteous and judgmental....The girl has a right to move on with her life and live without fear.

Casey was not proven innocent. She was found not guilty. There is a big difference. If you are going to lecture others at least get the facts right.

Let me say this, she was found not guilty and there were holes big enough to drive a Mac truck through in that case, the evidence did not clearly point to her as the killer and could have pointed to others. As for this Houstonian, if she does, I plan on being just as polite to her as I would any other stranger.

has a right to live her life without fear???
wonder how much fear caylee was in when her mom was killing her??
say what you wish as for her innocence...the only innocent one was caylee.....
a real mom would never throw her baby in a swamp

Getaclue- you're dumb. Any person with common sense would have seen that she was guilty. Yes there wasn't hard evidence connecting Casey to kill Caylee, but what mother doesn't report their kid missing for 31 days?? And if she did in fact "drown" then why the duct tape? And why claim that she actually spoke to Caylee in early July if she was really already dead?? Guilt! And more lies!! When u have an intelligent comment you can repost.

Perhaps YOU should get a clue! You are wrong!!!!!!Casey WAS NOT proven "INNOCENT"----she was found "not guilty". There is a big difference in the two. Have you not heard the two jurors who have spoken to reporters say they thought she was guilty but just did not know how to prove it! And that they found her to be an obvious liar.

It has been said that Casey will be moving to Houston. Isn't that where you are from. Are you the 2nd cousin of Cindy who is going to allow Casey to live with you? If so, you might want to keep your small children or grandchildren away from her. Just because she was found not guilty, doesn't mean she has the priviledge to simply move on with her life. She will be a haunted and hunted woman for a very long time. Even Cheney Mason has said that she will never be safe in this country. They have speculated that she may have to go so far as to have cosmetic surgery to alter her appearance so she won't be so easily recognized.

You need to remember that just because a court of law finds someone who is obviously guilty....not guilty, doesn't mean that such a horrible crime will soon be forgotten. She got her beautiful life tatoo a little prematurely. It could be a very long time before she ever begins her beautiful life. Yes the jury has spoken, but how can you possibly turn your mind off to all the evidence that was found against her?

I AGREE. In my eyes, she is not innocent, BUT and that's a biggie folks, THE PROSECUTION DID NOT PROVE THAT SHE DID IT BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT (AND TO A MORAL CERTAINTY). Go back and read our US CONSTITUTION. What? That old thing? YES, because THAT is what underscores our democracy and that freedom that we all love (though freedom isn't unique to the US at all, but it's the best system we have). Nuff said.

I live in Houston an if this is true I pray I never see that women, evidence of murdering Caylee or not she is just evil an sick in the head, if indeed she did drown in the pool an know it an didn't report it, then if she really loved her daughter she would have been devistated an not out partying, wow our justice system really failed us in this case, an all Casey did was show how to commit a murder an how to cover it up with no evidence. So anyone that thinks just because she was found not guilty means she has a right to move an be happy well then something is wrong with you, the justice system didn't make her pay but God will an surely someone here on earth will to

Today the press is saying that San Juan, Puerto Rico is being talked about and that it was even in the San Juan newspapers.
You can bet Jose Baez is helping to set that up. He probably has friends and family there. And it isn't so terribly far away from Orlando, Florida.
I think Baez thinks Casey will continue to be his "meal ticket" so to speak. I hope it blows up in their faces and they aren't able to profit one red cent from this tragedy and miscarriage of justice.
I doubt the people of Peurto Rico will want her there either. I don't think she realizes just how hated she really is or how dangerous things may get for her. I do remember her saying she felt safer in jail when she was first arrested.

She has been safer in jail than she will ever be once she's "free" There are many tragedies to this whole case. First and foremost (to me anyway) is that a beautiful life was wasted. Then all the lies that destroyed an entire family and many of her friends. And if Casey ever truly discovers a special someone, how can she ever be sure if they love her for herself or because of her notoriety. It doesn't matter where she goes or what she does--she'll never be free. Maybe not locked up after this weekend, but surely a prisoner all the same. The jury declared her not guilty--that gives her the right to try to live as normal a life as is possible. She'll trip up, she'll fall, but sooner or later she'll have another day in court, with a different jury, and she'll pay for what we believe she did. All the hatred and threats toward her and her family do no one any good. I understand the need to vent, but I do hope no one is stupid enough to carry out their threats. Let her live wherever she wants to--it doesn't diminish your life or mine. The continued hate and bitterness will only waste more of your time and energy than it's worth and Casey could care less. I wish I could think of something positive to do to make a difference, but all I can do is remember a little girl gone too soon, and try to protect my family from someone as evil as Casey.
