this is no way to stop crime with threats of more crime and guns. It just creates more of the same. Step up and look for other ways to make a change. for the child left behind.

i want everyone to know that casey meant the world to me. if you know our family then you know how special he really was. casey and i were not only best friends but very close cousins. the man who killed my cousin is out there. i cant wait to look him in the eyes................he took my cousins life for whatever reason it could not have been worth it. one way or the other they will catch him and the truth will be exposed. GOD will right the wrong. may god have mercy on his soul.

i dont appreciate the lack of sympathy in this news article about my cousin. he was not a drug dealer. ive known casey for 18 years. casey was the inocent one . the world needs more people like him. the news papers degraded his image. . they didnt say he would take the shirt off his back for a complete stranger. if only you knew him. you know one thing i can count on is that he is waiting for me.

This is a pure shame- the crime keeps going up, and this has to StoP! These judges needs to be alot more serious sentencing on these little crimes and stop being so merciful. Now that the holidays are coming - you must keep your doors locked,

Please take pictues of all valued items, keep serial numbers and have insurance- rentals or homeowners.
Judges, allowing little crimes with a handslap brings back those who dared to go further, now this baby will not grow up to know her father, over what? a few dollars, a TV, or what? was it worth it. judges are ebing too lite on sentenceing on fraud, and little non violent crimes. these evenually grow to be big crimes
Criminals- You can run, but you can never hide, killing a man and stealing, Vengence is my saith the Lord- He will have vengence upon you and it is not going to be w just because you are to lazzy to get a job and work your ass off like the rest of us- Now your next job will be in the prison, washing laundry, dishes and making license plates Was it worth it? Wages of the sins of the father will be upon his children-10x more-
Judges DO NOT be light on sentencing- or next election, you be out of a job!

I am sorry for him and family. What is the deal with "pain pills"? Another "legal" addiction like booze. He was too young to be hooked on oxy/vicodin/percs.

Your right Mary we should all turn in our guns. I read everyday where law abiding citizens are turning to a life of crime for owning a gun. I'm sure the police will protect us from all this violence. Get your head out of the clouds Lady and quit spreading your liberal crap. Shoot first and save the Dad, no child left behind!!

The only way to deal with this kind of crime is to put yourself and your families first. Get a security system (and use it). Most criminals won't stand around when there is a loud siren blaring. Get a handgun and protect your home.

If there were more news stories about the home invader getting killed instead of the home invader doing the killing, these cowardly criminals would think twice about breaking into other peoples homes.

A handful of thugs should not destroy the peace and happiness of an entire community. We all need to take back our neighborhoods and let the criminals know that if they break into our homes and threaten our families they will be met with deadly force.

I have known the Jackson Family, my whole life. His father is like a big brother to me, all of his Aunts and Uncles are my family too! Not related by blood, but by love! I just found out that Casey was murdered and I for one will be doing my research and make sure that this "cold case" is re-opened and investigated! He was a wonderful young man and has a remarkable family. Blood and Love. R.I.P. Casey, I will do my best to help find the slime that took you away from us.

Apopkas problem is the police department. My family has lived her for gernerations. We know our cities officials well. The fact is the city is corrupt. Until that problem is solved there isnt much hope for our streets. I have many stories but it wouldnt matter if I told them. SOMEONE HELP OUR CITY!!!!!!!! FILTER OUT THE CORRUPTION OF OUR POLICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!
