I have been adding Chia seeds to oatmeal. Not sure what they are supposed to do, but I figure it can't hurt.
I have made quinoa a few times. It's okay. I made stuff peppers with it. I don't think to use it. It was recommended by WW as an alternative to white rice.
I ventured out yesterday to the pet store and picked up some Nature's Miracle. Thanks again to SL!
