Did you actually watch the trial??????????
I think not, if you think both parents helped create reasonable doubt!
Too bad you didn't watch the trial, or you would have made note of daddy's outburst when he yelled at Baez and said Casey was the last person with Caylee and told Baez, "You do the math, Mr. Baez!".
You live in some strange world if you think a parent trying to create reasonable doubt to HELP his daughter would ever say those words above, or below!
Lack of evidence is what created reasonable doubt........no, I take that back, lack of evidence PROVED reasonable doubt.....in fact, lack of evidence proved beyond ANY doubt that the State didn't have the goods to convict; the State didn't even have the goods to prove how Caylee died. And the defense destroyed that 3 year pre-trial nonsense about duct tape being across her mouth and nose area by USING the STATE'S OWN witness!
**********
Yes I watched the trial and George, Cindy and Lee all acting so looney that if I was a juror, between the defense opening statements, their bizarre behaviour, not to forget Jeff Ashton's laughing guy routine, I'd have had a great deal of reasonable doubt I was even attending a real trial!

I can only speculate that there's something missing from your thought process, whereby you do not have the ability to rationalize the outcome of the sort of backward dynamics created by the defense offering up the illusion of another suspect - George - who was not on trial but who was adamantly defended by the prosecution to be not involved. A "straw man" defense, I suppose you could think of it as, with the strawman a central figure in the trial.

The result was a sort of backwards trial, which directed all the energy away from the State proving Casey's guilt.

I's suggest because of your burning fury toward the Anthony family, it has clouded your ability to see things objectively - by taking the focus off Casey, who was the defendant, her family created the reasonable doubt which resulted in her acquittal. I continue to think the script was ultimately extremely ingenious!

If you think the housing crisis meltdown is funny, you should be ashamed of yourself.
Every foreclosure and every short sale, drives down the value of everyone's property and those of us who continue to pay our mortgages are caught paying for our worthless property.
Comps suck and when those foreign investors buy up these homes on the cheap, they rent them out to low-life's who destroy the home, driving our neighborhood values even further down.
I don't think there's anything humorous here.
I'm only going to say it's funny that you hold no animosity towards developers who sold condos at inflated prices to unsuspecting buyers immediately prior to the "meltdown".

And I'm not going to get in to price-setting scams and how, for the unscrupulous, it can be even easier to manipulate the unregulated real restate market in upward or downward trends than the stock market.

I love how you neatly conclude things. Not.

Those oh so unworthy of your time docs that you so love to dismiss, contain the answers as to why the State lost their case.

And as to their "star witness", they had none. Especially after Jeff outed him during his State depo.

And I suggest you stop putting words into my posts that just aren't there. I have no "burning fury" OTHER THAN to continue to bash pudd-n-pie for what he tried to do to his own kid; Jeff for trying to win at all costs to further his career; and Perry for his unprofessional career building comments post trial, when had the trial resulted in a guilty verdict, his questionable rulings for the State would have been overturned.

Caveat Emptor.

Put the blame on the underwriters who approved the over-inflated appraisals.

I bought at the peak.....as did every else. We had no choice but to buy at the going rate.

I'm not angry at anybody......my only comment is, I am shocked by the number of foreclosures in today's market and the impact same are having on property values, and neighborhoods, in the current market. Like most, I believed the stories about home sales rebounding. The fine print was never mentioned.

Hundreds arrested in child porn case connected to Canadian firm

Police say a sweeping child pornography investigation that began with a Toronto man has led to at least 386 victims being rescued.

Toronto police say 348 people have been arrested around the world as part of Project Spade, which they described as one of the largest child porn busts they’ve ever achieved.

They say 50 of those arrested are from Ontario and 58 are from other parts of Canada.

Police say school teachers, doctors and actors were among those arrested.

The Toronto man at the heart of the investigation was allegedly running a company since 2005 that distributed child pornography videos.

Police allege the man instructed people around the world to create the videos of children ranging from five to 12 years of age, and then distributed the videos to international customers.

“We’ve worked a lot of big cases. This is by far the biggest,” said one source.

‪The company, Toronto-based Azov Films, sold mail-order DVDs and streamed online videos of naked boys from Germany, Romania and Ukraine, which it marketed as naturist movies and claimed were legal in Canada and the United States.

<snip>

‪Starting in 2004, David Eisenlohr, a California mail-order distributor selling what he calls European naturist videos, complained to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that Mr. Way was stealing his films and reselling them online at a cheaper price.

‪Mr. Eisenlohr then came to the attention of U.S. investigators in March, 2006, when photo-lab employees at a Wal-Mart in Virginia saw a man, David Tetterton, trying to print explicit photos from their self-serve kiosk. Evidence seized from Mr. Tetterton’s house led to Mr. Eisenlohr, who was indicted with trading child pornography.

‪Even as he faced criminal charges, Mr. Eisenlohr continued his campaign against his Canadian competitor. In 2007, he wrote a letter to then Canadian justice minister Rob Nicholson to complain about Mr. Way “stealing my intellectual property using the internet” and ask whether there were laws in Canada to stop him.

‪“It’s crazy, guys arguing over what we consider child-exploitation material,” one police detective said about the feud.

‪In court, Mr. Eisenlohr successfully argued that his nude videos were not pornographic and he was acquitted in 2009.

<snip>

Several of the American defendants contend the videos they bought aren’t pornographic at all, but just legal videos of naked boys, using the same argument that led to Mr. Eisenlohr’s acquittal. U.S. courts so far have sided with the prosecution and a number of defendants have already been found guilty.

I agree with you in some ways and disagree in others.
Personally I blame the jury, just the fact Casey never reported her daughter missing and still hasn't would have been enough for me to really question her innocence, with the hundreds of circumstantial evidence presented there was more than enough to convict her of no less than manslaughter.
They ignored all evidence and believed only Jose's She drowned statement and there was not once single piece of circumstantial evidence presented to back that statement up.Most of those juror's had relatives in prison, that lady lawyer who is married to the man on death row was only there for jury selection period.Laywer==Husband==Prison .not hard to figure how that jury was got to.

Then consider for a moment how ridiculous it is for you to still be ranting about something what NEVER occurred!

That is why you give your hidden agenda away - it's the state not having proved Casey guilty, and probably her entire family that you're angry about because you say the proof is there .........at the same time as you proclaim Casey is innocent because the State didn't have the goods to convict.

Hello, hello, anybody home up there?

The value of a property which is appraised is the result of comparing it to the sale price of other similar properties in a similar area which have recently sold, usually within the past six months.

I'm curious how you think is it possible to "over-inflate" an appraisal?

No and considering 348 people have been arrested, are you saying you know the pedophilia ring is even larger?
