As far as the official storyline, the investigation never "shifted focus" from anyone to someone else because Casey was charged with lying within 24 hours of Cindy calling 911.

Jesse not so much, IMO. If Casey was intentionally framed for murder by the Rev, then it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the reason behind the Rev's public allegations of "fabrication of reasonable doubt" blaming Jesse, or the reason he was later enraged at Jose Baez for his lack of cooperation.

It would seem reasonable to me the likely scenario was both Jesse and Casey were intended to be convicted, because Jesse wasn't a good minion heeding to his beckoning. I see Jesse Grund (or whatever is his name) to be the still unknown hero.....

Did you know about the case before it went to trial? I had never heard of it. I watched a few Nancy Grace weekend recaps and all the butt stories got too much for me and I got sick of it all. That Jodi seems like a real whack-job. I must keep missing the self defense part of the story. Last I knew the guy was in the shower, I'm just not seeing where self defense comes into play.

Anyways..........

And what of the 10 minute secret phone conversation between Casey Anthony and Piers Morgan which Cheney Mason arranged, thereby Casey voluntarily waived her 5th Amendment right to silence which other attorney's on her team had been protecting her under? Then like many other major events is this case, the phone recording dissipated into thin air!
