The Statute of Limitation for filing a wrongful death suit in Florida is 2 years from the date of death, so no, I don't think he was looking to profit by posting.<quoted text>
i agree with all u said, but he did want to sue her in some defamation or wrongful death case. i am with u as to why it went down so fast. my gut tells me it was a fake using a name and we all know what group fakes things. imo
I think he was advised that public outcry can cause many issues to be addressed, when the courts can't help.
If he believes he is the daddy, I'm sure he must be grieving the child he never knew existed until recently and it's too late to matter to anyone but him.
His post had a tone of sadness, at least that was my impression. He wasn't boasting, bragging, or exhibiting anything other than a need to know.
If he was for real, I can only imagine the torment he must be feeling. Unless and until someone is proven to be less than truthful, I usually take them at their word. A bit naive or stupid, maybe, but that's just how I am.
If he was for real, I hope he contacts M&M because if anyone can help him, it would be them.
