Winchester road goes a longgggggggggggggggg way...lol. I lived off mendenhall at one time. Worked in an office on Poplar Ave. I really enjoyed Memphis the years I lived there. I left because I missed my family and friends in NY.
Be honest Mar - You missed that thick brown slush that follows a beautiful snow storm.

After a short recess, Flores read from a Facebook message that he said Alexander sent to Arias. "I was nothing more than a dil*o with a heartbeat for you," the message read.
This proves what?
Pedophile molesters also blame their child victims for seducing them.
It is disturbing that such a righteous faithful Mormon would type such filth on facebook.
A choir boy, he was not.

The only question is, did he provoke his own death?

Did he attack or threaten the life of the defendant?
Did she kill in self-defense or cold blood?

The prosecutor stays very focused on every word she is putting out there. I can't wait to see him in action again.
Juan Martinez has requested that the defense bring trash bags with them to pick up the pieces of Jodi he chews up and spits out.

Wonder who her Optometrist is ?
Amazing how she wears a pair of glasses that allow her to see 'close' up yet also see 'long distance' at a witness giving testimony.
Gotta love those plain glass Windex Clean lens - I keep expecting to see two crows land in the courtroom and guffaw.
Deception- Deception- She thinks they enable her to hide her stone cold killer lying eyes.
Wait
And
Watch
Glad to see she finally got a pair she can see out of. I laughed watching her look up over the glass and under them to read and peek at her handy work of pics of the man she slaughtered.

<quoted text>As far as some of her testimony, watch Murder in Coweta County, where Andy Griffith tried just that. Johnny Cash was the Sheriff, and the movie was based on a true story set in Georgia in 1948.
I saw that movie years ago. It was so intense and I could hardly believe my eyes it was Andy Griffith playing that part.

Let's say he did attack her; she had a knife, she could have stabbed him to give her time to get out the door and into her car and place a call to 911.

<quoted text>Poplar goes a long way too if I remember right. I'm talking about the bad end of Winchester, less than 2 miles from Brooks and 51 North and good old dangerous South Memphis. You were over in East Memphis working probably. When I lived in Memphis in the mid-90's, the Mayor was approached in a neighborhood confectionary (old-time convenience store) to buy crack. Mayor Herrington (I believe) was overcommed with joy so much that it resulted in a rather large front-page article in The Commercial Appeal, and much police action. Hey Mayor: You wanna buy some Crackrock baby?!!
LOL! No I was a very long way from that area. I do remember the paper the commercial appeal.

Exactly, meet force with force perhaps. This case doesn't show that. This was a crime of rage, calculated and planned. Those pictures were taken so close in time there is no way he was attacking her like she is going to try and say he did. Not a mark on her!

I agree, why didn't she call 911? She was fully dressed he was in the shower. She didn't have to hurt him at all. A neked man isn't going to chase a woman out into the streets.

January 8, 2008 – Arias, according to prosecutors, sent this text to Alexander: "Ahhh!! I fell asleep! But to answer your question, yes I want to grind you. And I want to be LOUD. And I want to give you a nice, warm 'mouth hug' too.:)"

I'd say he wanted her out of his life. She is a cold blooded killer.

This fee which will be assessed on the tax return bill is in addition to the preparation fee, and is payable before filing the tax return with the IRS.

Sober up Sister Petty - Next dam sick thing you will imply is that Caylee provoked her own death by crying for Nana as she saw the hate filled face of her killer Momma.

Sure.

If he wanted her out of his life, he shouldn't have been asking her to "grind" him.
