I like the way you reached your conclusion bcause it shows someone willing to think.<quoted text>
To put it simply, the State fcked up and Casey got off. You put way too much in to what isn't. You give Jose way too much credit for 12 ignorant jurors decision. All you can do is speculate, all the while knowing in your gut that Casey did this. If you didn't have any doubts about Casey's guilt you would have been long gone long ago. Face it, you will never feel satisfied that Casey got off because the seed of doubt has been planted in your head as well. You won't admit it, but you and I know it's true.
But your conclusion lacks the one factor that is important, and that is, who put Caylee in those woods? I will never, ever, believe that she was there the entire time.
I beleive the evidence shows Caylee drowned and someone hid her body. I also believe that when someone other than Casey lied, it makes me wonder why.
In my gut, she sure does look guilty as hell, I'll agree with you on that. But there has to be more than a gut feeling for me to find someone guilty.
I think there are too many questions out there that have never been answered and because of that, I'm sticking with this case. In my gut, I know that when Baez said she drowned, it fit.
It's really eye opening to re-read the docs, keeping this in mind.
