Why don't you end the debate, quit all your silly cutitng and pasting, and just contact a Medical Examiner and ask him or her if they would sign a cremation certificate for a murder victim?

How come you all so desperately to BELIEVE in the future it will come to pass the remains were indeed cremated?
But in order to subscribe to BELIEVING that will become true, you are also BELIEVING Jose Baez and Casey who proclaims her INNOCENCE!
BWWWAAAAAA!!! See where that's going?
" ME does not approve a cremation certificate when the victim was murdered."

That's not what that says, dummy.

It say's there has to be certain criteria met before the cremation can be signed off on.

There was no "attending physician" -- the child's death was not a result of natural causes.

Might that be A CLUE a cremation was not approved?

Yes, and the criteria for cremation excludes victims of homicide.

The remains of a victim always hold possible evidence of that murder.

Why would the State intentionally authorize destruction of evidence?

"Caylee Remains Released To Funeral Home
Public, Private Services To Be Held, Attorney Says

POSTED: Tuesday, December 23, 2008
UPDATED: 4:40 pm EST December 23, 2008

ORLANDO, Fla.-- The remains of Caylee Anthony, which were discovered last week in a wooded area near her grandparents' home, have been released by the medical examiner's office to a funeral home, Local 6 News reported.

The child's remains were sent to the Robert Bryant Funeral & Cremation Chapel in Orlando after documents were signed by the girl's mother, Casey Anthony, Local 6 News reported.

Casey Anthony, 22, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Caylee, who would have turned 3 years old in August. Caylee was reported missing in mid-July, a month after she disappeared.

Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, will hold both a private service and a public memorial for Caylee, according to their attorney, Brad Conway. The Anthonys said they are not soliciting funds for the funeral services.

The Anthonys have no plans to visit Casey Anthony in the Orange County Jail, where she's been since October.

Authorities also said that Casey Anthony would not be eligible to attend either a funeral or a viewing of the remains under Orange County Corrections Department Policy. They said that was due to the level of the charges and to the safety and security risks that would be associated with her attendance."

How about you find the link to the letter allegedly written by honest Casey written to her parents, read by Jose Baez to the media because I guess he couldn't afford a postage stamp or courier in order to delver it to them.

Read what?

Just by glancing at what AN cut and pasted, I notice (b) does not prove (a) 1.

Are you unfamiliar with reading documents where the separation of it's content is illustrated through the usage of (a),(b),(c)?

I don't care either way if Caylee was cremated or not.

At the hands of her mother, Caylee's not here, no matter what happened to her remains.

Your "facts" are the discussion.

IF you want to believe EVERYTHING you read in the media is TRUE (when the trial already proved that not to be so) then you MUST believe this too!

This report was written on July 20, therefore according to Sgt John Allen, Casey's car was abandoned in this area later than July 13, 2008.

How come the storyline got rewritten?

**********

The car or the parking lot might hold the only clues right now. Channel 9 has learned investigators came back to square one again Friday afternoon and searched for possible evidence at the place where Caylee Marie Anthony's mother had, for some reason, abandoned her car earlier this week.

While they didn't find anything at the parking lot, sources told Eyewitness News they might be finding clues in the white, 1998 Pontiac GT that Caylee's mother Casey left in the east Orange County parking lot. Eyewitness News has learned there was a stench in the car, which could indicate evidence of a body, but sources said investigators don't have any more than that to go on and they haven't figured out what the stench was from.

"We get information that comes in that sometimes suggests one thing, sometimes suggests another," Sgt. John Allen said Friday.

That the remains discovered MUST have been almost immediately cremated is one of the details of this case that have been chanted over and over again.

Yet Cindy stated on court record as late as July, 2010 that she believed Caylee was still alive.

So it's pure fantasy to believe in December, 2008 she went ahead with crematng a child's remains which destroyed any and all possible DNA evidence which in her mind would eventually prove it was not Caylee, whether she was right or wrong.

Why would the State intentionally authorize destruction of evidence?
The autopsy was shoody...Dr.Spitz was refused to
assist to the autopsy. Because Dr.G's autopsy was not performed
following protocol...opening the skull...to show the evidence of suffocation...

THE STATE did DESTROYED the REMAINS by cremation (Within 3 weeks)to SILENCE the ***identity*** of the skeletton...to protect the EXECUTIVES of the BIG SHOW.

Destroying the RUSHED souspicious Kronk's EVIDENCE with a $15K
lottery ticket ...while Casey hyperventilated/evidence of Guilt
to go ahead with the BIG SHOW ...accepted by CINDY!!! is ground
enough to suspect that a Criminal Organization Corporation is in full swing...

The cremation was an attempt to SILENCE CAYLEE...and avoid their scam and criminal actions. Those remains by law should have been PRESERVED for further examination,,,Especialy due to the high controversy...

The state screwed up big time..allowing the cremation.
The $6 million question is WHY?
The State NEEDS to step to the table and spit it out!
