The main reason Cindy had Caylee cremated is cos she was too cheap to pay for a burial.
Protesters would never desecrate the grave if they had buried Caylee, they were at the house protesting because Casey killed her daughter and Cindy was lying to protect Casey. They went overboard but it was out of disgust of the Anthonys and their actions.
When my Mom died in the early 80's we had to buy the casket even though she was being cremated.

We didn't have to do that with the BIL and the funeral was still over 10K.

Are you the official Protester Spokesperson now?

If the nasty fvckers will desecrate a trashdump swamp, they'll desecrate a grave.

"The car was parked in a lot near State Road 50 and Goldenrod Road (see map) for a few days earlier this week. A business owner had it towed and it turned out to be Caylee's grandparents' car, one the toddler's mother drives."

Hmmm, the car was found here?

No wonder the Johnson Impound document released in discovery appears fabricated.

He obviously was not murdered in Florida.

Yep...and they changed the COD it in the middle of the funeral. The police came and closed down the viewing to see if his clothes were in the casket with him.

The first death certificate said COD was a shot to the chest...the corrected death certificate said COD was a shot through the back.

Conspiracy?

IMO, another reason they didn't have Caylee's remains buried is more jealousy.
They didn't like the fact that others were upset over her death.
They wanted her to themselves, which is why they never bothered to get the true story of who was her father.
They do not like to share.
Bet the Milsteds know that for a fact.
In forcing yourself to believe the remains were cremated, think about that you're validating the credibility of both Casey Anthony and Jose Baez, because if you recall the only proof you have that occurred was JAB reading a letter to the media that Casey wrote to her parents.

So are you really sure you want to do that? I mean what if it somehow messes up reality and validates the credibility of OTHER things Jose Baez and Casey have said, which you DO NOT want to be true?

Can you share it?

No murder victim dies of natural causes.

A cremation certificate is issued only if the deceased died of natural causes.

I guess you could be right...when the BIL died he naturally died from the bullet that went through his heart.

Just stop. You don't know shit about this.

Sorry, I don't have it saved. But if you search you'll find various references to it.

But it makes sense when you think about it because everyone knows bodies are exhumed from time to time for additional medical examination.

So why would the State want to destroy possible evidence when it's already known the deceased was murdered, especially when no one had yet been convicted for that murder?

"There are three basic legal requirements which must be met before a cremation can be performed in Florida. First, at least 48 hours must elapse between the time of death and the time of the cremation. Second, a legally authorized individual must give permission for the cremation in writing. Third, the District Medical Examiner must give approval for the cremation which requires a completed death certificate for their review."

A HOMICIDE caused the child's death.

Had she not been murdered, she would NOT have died.

How hard is that for you to understand?

Seems reasonable. After two autopsies, one from the state and the from the defense, why would they not sign off?

If they didn't...I guess it's proof the A's are wearing Hector in their jewelry.

Yes, and a ME does not approve a cremation certificate when the victim was murdered.

How come you all so desperately to BELIEVE in the future it will come to pass the remains were indeed cremated?

But in order to subscribe to BELIEVING that will become true, you are also BELIEVING Jose Baez and Casey who proclaims her INNOCENCE!

BWWWAAAAAA!!! See where that's going?

On December 23, 2008, very soon after Caylee's remains were identified, cindy requested and received permission to have her remains cremated.
