Because there was a CAUSE of death.
No murder victim dies of natural causes.

A cremation certificate is issued only if the deceased died of natural causes.

I guess you could be right...when the BIL died he naturally died from the bullet that went through his heart.

Just stop. You don't know shit about this.

Sorry, I don't have it saved. But if you search you'll find various references to it.

But it makes sense when you think about it because everyone knows bodies are exhumed from time to time for additional medical examination.

So why would the State want to destroy possible evidence when it's already known the deceased was murdered, especially when no one had yet been convicted for that murder?

"There are three basic legal requirements which must be met before a cremation can be performed in Florida. First, at least 48 hours must elapse between the time of death and the time of the cremation. Second, a legally authorized individual must give permission for the cremation in writing. Third, the District Medical Examiner must give approval for the cremation which requires a completed death certificate for their review."

A HOMICIDE caused the child's death.

Had she not been murdered, she would NOT have died.

How hard is that for you to understand?

Seems reasonable. After two autopsies, one from the state and the from the defense, why would they not sign off?

If they didn't...I guess it's proof the A's are wearing Hector in their jewelry.

Yes, and a ME does not approve a cremation certificate when the victim was murdered.

How come you all so desperately to BELIEVE in the future it will come to pass the remains were indeed cremated?

But in order to subscribe to BELIEVING that will become true, you are also BELIEVING Jose Baez and Casey who proclaims her INNOCENCE!

BWWWAAAAAA!!! See where that's going?

On December 23, 2008, very soon after Caylee's remains were identified, cindy requested and received permission to have her remains cremated.

(b) does not prove (a) 1.

Why don't you end the debate, quit all your silly cutitng and pasting, and just contact a Medical Examiner and ask him or her if they would sign a cremation certificate for a murder victim?

" ME does not approve a cremation certificate when the victim was murdered."

That's not what that says, dummy.

It say's there has to be certain criteria met before the cremation can be signed off on.

There was no "attending physician" -- the child's death was not a result of natural causes.

Might that be A CLUE a cremation was not approved?

Thank you, AN.

Yes, and the criteria for cremation excludes victims of homicide.

The remains of a victim always hold possible evidence of that murder.

Why would the State intentionally authorize destruction of evidence?
