BAM!
Cindy doesn't decide who gets arrested you CLUELESS nitwit. Casey was not arrested for the credit card usage.

I agree with that. What were police there doing all those hours between 9 or 10pm and late afternoon the next day when Casey was driven to Universal Studios. In the police reports reference to the time events occurred is seldom stated but regardless all those hours are not accounted for.

"When Dr. Lee began studying the photos and saw the large tree at the site, the tree that was removed before we were allowed to visit, the first thing he said was,
"That tree that's fallen there was used to hide the body."
A group of us were seated around my conference table in my office, and when he said that, we all got up to take a look.
That made complete and perfect sense; if you want to hide a bag containing a body, you either bury it or put it underneath something.
There was something else we found interesting about that tree; it was apparent in some of the crime scene photos, but it was missing in others.
We later learned that the photographer had it moved in order to take better pictures of Caylee's remains.
We learned from a report written by one of the crime scene investigators that Stephen Hanson, who worked for the medical examiner, and another crime scene person picked up the tree and moved it.
In other words, the person who hid Caylee under that tree had to be pretty strong to lift it, in order to place the bag and body under it.
DID ANYONE THINK 105lb CASEY HAD THE STRENGTH TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT?"

Fl. Statute 406.12
... Any person who knowingly fails or refuses to report such death and circumstances, who refuses to make available prior medical or other information pertinent to the death investigation, or who, without an order from the office of the district medical examiner, willfully touches, removes, or disturbs the body, clothing, or any article upon or near the body, with the intent to alter the evidence or circumstances surrounding the death, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree....
LOL!

You and your alter ego Rambler just love to post useless garbage from Baez' book, lol.

We saw Casey lifting up that case of beer in the Target tapes with NO problem. She also carried Caylee around so that is no bfd that she carried her corpse to the woods. There is no reason that Casey would not be able to lift or move a tree limb, but as f*cking lazy as the pig was, she did not move any tree limb, too much effort involved.

It makes no sense, but that's what Eberlin said.

Do you think he was lying - if so why do think Casey handcuffed and thrown in the cage of a police car.....other than for tea with the queen of course.

There is no question that casey lied to police. Those are the crimes for which she was found guilty.

Why appeal?

She lied from thereby cindy found her until baez shut her up.

Why appeal?

You've said many times that you believe Grund was talking to Casey in the police car. How he accomplished that, you have never said.
It's highly possible had a minion inside OCSO and he found out Cindy unexpectedly called 911, which was why Casey couldn't tell the truth or he's find out.

Don't tell ME!

Tell it to Eberlin who immediately upon Cindy's request, took Casey into his custody, detaining her in handcuffs, confining her to a locked patrol car -- for the fraudulent use of Cindy's credit card.

Sgt. Hosey came along and reversed the confinement - but he didn't undo the arrest.

And if Sgt. Hosey didn't come along?
Casey would have been arrested even longer.

Did these people just wake up and smell the roses -- this was all trial testimony.

It's written into both the defense and state appeal legal documents filed.

Calm yourself. You're frothing at the mouth.

Not a limb, but a TREE.

A TREE which was photographed by the crime scene photographer.
A TREE which is in discovery photographs.

TREE and LOG are interchangible.
TWIG and LIMB are interchangible.
TREE and LIMB are not interchangible.

Roy Kronk referenced the fallen TREE in his August call.

Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch said he was brought to the spot to determine if that is where he previously searched.

Tim Miller said the area where Caylee's body was recovered looked like an indented spot where a tree or LOG had been laying.

105lb Casey Anthony couldn't single-handedly lift a TREE or LOG that took the strength ofTWO crime scene investigators to remove.

Duh!

Besides.....that isn't how she disposed of pets!
