"Judge Belvin Perry sent the jury out of the room and the issue was discussed, with Eberlin proffering testimony that he placed Casey in handcuffs because Cindy accused her of stealing her credit card and making fraudulent charges.
Cindy told Eberlin she wanted to press charges against her daughter."

Says who?

"In custody" is the question -- not oral pronouncement.

An affidavit?
There isn't an arrest affidavit because she wasn't booked and charged for it, stupid.
The arrest was brief, but it was still an arrest.
Absolutely NOT!

If she wasn't booked and charged, then she wasn't arrested, dummy!

Your definition of arrest is not supported in FL. Verify it with your parole officer, felonista.

Cindy's state of mind is irrelevant to the issue of violation of Casey's constitutional rights.
Cindy isn't on trial here.
The State of Florida is.
I wasn't talking about Cindy's state of mind!

I was talking about testa-lying.

The woman called 911 in a panic over her granddaughter being kidnapped.

So when cops arrived, we are supposed to believe that she wanted Casey arrested for theft after we all heard her 3rd 911 call????

That entire evening is suspect from all directions.

Pssst -- AN gets her ALL worked up, I think.
I agree, especially after a bad Monday. Monday is probation day for the felonista and she is always miserable for the next few days.

If casey was "in custody", there was no reason for cindy to be concerned about casey leaving, but cindy was worried.

Huh? You said she was arrested and I asked if she was officially pronounced arrested, because iirc, LE testified that she was never under arrest that night.
So I don't understand your response.
What would you would call someone who was handcuffed and put in cage in a police car?

"When Dr. Lee began studying the photos and saw the large tree at the site, the tree that was removed before we were allowed to visit, the first thing he said was,

"That tree that's fallen there was used to hide the body."

A group of us were seated around my conference table in my office, and when he said that, we all got up to take a look.

That made complete and perfect sense; if you want to hide a bag containing a body, you either bury it or put it underneath something.

There was something else we found interesting about that tree; it was apparent in some of the crime scene photos, but it was missing in others.

We later learned that the photographer had it moved in order to take better pictures of Caylee's remains.
We learned from a report written by one of the crime scene investigators that Stephen Hanson, who worked for the medical examiner, and another crime scene person picked up the tree and moved it.

In other words, the person who hid Caylee under that tree had to be pretty strong to lift it, in order to place the bag and body under it.

DID ANYONE THINK 105lb CASEY HAD THE STRENGTH TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT?"

I agree with that. What were police there doing all those hours between 9 or 10pm and late afternoon the next day when Casey was driven to Universal Studios. In the police reports reference to the time events occurred is seldom stated but regardless all those hours are not accounted for.

LOL!

You and your alter ego Rambler just love to post useless garbage from Baez' book, lol.

We saw Casey lifting up that case of beer in the Target tapes with NO problem. She also carried Caylee around so that is no bfd that she carried her corpse to the woods. There is no reason that Casey would not be able to lift or move a tree limb, but as f*cking lazy as the pig was, she did not move any tree limb, too much effort involved.

It makes no sense, but that's what Eberlin said.

Do you think he was lying - if so why do think Casey handcuffed and thrown in the cage of a police car.....other than for tea with the queen of course.
