Casey turned over Caylee's umbilical cord for testing by the Eikelenbooms.
Baez turned over that material, and the results/reports, to the FBI in Tampa.

Did anyone compare them to Jesse's "zero percent probability" test?

You have a valid point. Someone out there must know or at least think they could be the possible father, I don't believe her family has no idea who the bio-father was.

With all the media attention regarding this story maybe it was true about the bio -father getting killed in accident and maybe he never mentioned to anyone that he knew Casey A. or had a child with her. Or the bio-father is married and doesn't want to be involved in the drama.
If this was just some local one night stand chances are someone would have known something and LE would have been able to track whoever it is down.
Unless the person was living in a cave at some point that had to have heard/seen something about the story and would have started doing a little math in their head.

The person never stepped up to the plate while Caylee was alive and shouldn't have any rights now.

I tend to think the person is alive and well and just doesn't want to be involved with the mess.

My thought is if he wanted to spend Father's Day with Caylee he would have manned up and gone to the court house, filed a petition and start to become a responsible parent.
