Nothing Casey says or writes is truthful.
So Scrams is nutz for even bothering to copy and paste her tripe.

It is also the main reason Casey will never have a book deal.

The only one preparing the groundwork for an insanity plea are
the State of Florida officials thinking they could get away with
manipulating the judiciary system thinking Nancy Drew would have their back...but the devil got a few loose screws..
Their House of Cards is about to collapse! and rightly so.,
In the time since you began posting here, I notice you've claimed you've had contact with virtually every single person and law enforcement agency even remotely involved with this case.

Every time a name gets mentioned, you twist your alleged sighting to you having a connection with that person.

I neither believe or disbelieve what you write because you're but an anonymous nobody, but it's obvious to me you want this case to revolve around you. Why you have that compulsion is not my problem - only to say it reeks of POEsy/INF shaded in a slightly different colour.

When the jail letters were released, it was said Robyn Adams handed them over to her lawyer and eventually they found their way to Robyn's father, who allegedly was the person that gave them to police. By that time some of the pages were not the originals, but photocopies.

At the beginning of Casey Anthiny's trial, there was a lot of hoopla because it was reported that Robyn Adams has been moved to OC jail and the Prosecution had cleared the way for her to testify about the parts of the letters which were incriminating.

Then nothing.......there's not even mention of Robyn Adams in Jeff Ashton's or Jose Baez's respective books.

Odd eh?

I also notice mention of Robyn Adams in the Clerk's file for the Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez vs Casey Anthony civil suit for the 3+ counts of somethingness.

There's obviously more to her involvement than meets the eye.

Interesting, considering the topic of this forum..."Does the state have the goods to convict?"

Now the latest news release today states that they later discovered (after the trial) that Casey had also Googled on her computer, how to suffocate a person. Well, Duh! That's not the only thing she looked up; there was overwhelming evidence on here computer to send that piece of human trash to the death chamber. I am still disgusted with this case.

So now you're a believer the jailhouse letters were gospel?
Just that one.
It was in her own handwriting.
The others were not.

They didn't come up at trial so you didn't get to hear from the handwriting experts.

Jesse was telling the truth wasn't he.
No, but that's nothing new.

The point was.......I easily gave 17 examples of "circumstantial evidence" from the documents, that would work against him in a real investigation.

Including examples that came from the mother of missing and subsequently murdered child.

".....said a seething Jesse Grund, Anthony's ex-fiancé, whom she once tried to finger as Caylee's killer. "

I don't know what his involvement is, sweetheart.
I can only go by what the people who know him said about him.
1-Cindy said Jesse was "The Type of Person" who would be involved.
2-George said Jesse was coming to their home behind his back. So who knows what was going on when they weren't home.
3-Lee said Jesse rubbed him the wrong way and needed to be investigated further.
4-Annie, when ASKED OUTRIGHT, who she thought was involved besides Casey, Annie said "JESSE".
5-Tony R. said Jesse was just as whacked as Casey is.
6-Mike Walsh Esq. said he learned that Jesse departed law enforcement because of his "Serious Psychological Issues".
7-Annie told Linda B. that CASEY insisted Jesse knew where the car was and that Jesse had an extra key to it.
8-Leonard Padilla said Jose Baez sicked him on Jesse almost right away.
9-Leonard Padilla's assistants said they personally heard Casey blame Jesse when they stayed at the home to guard her.
10- Jose Baez said (in his book) the one assignment he gave to Dominic Casey was to investigate Jesse Grund - but Dominic couldn't even get that right.
11-A former inmate, who claimed to have asked Casey "what happened to your daughter?", said Casey told him the baby was fine and with an ex-boyfriend.
12-Yuri Melich requested a wire tap on the Grund phones, assuming it would lead to EVIDENCE.
13-The FBI polygraphed Jesse, a routine typically used when they SUSPECT someone of involvement.
14-Jose Baez filed a motion to subpoena Jesse's phone records, since law enforcement treated Jessse like a suspect "for all intents and purposes".
15-Jesse acknowledged having an obsession with Caylee and helping himself to the Anthony's computers on more than one occasion.
You're asking ME what his involvement is?????
ASK THEM!!
18-Jesse inserted himself in the family's investigation to see what the family knew, and to deflect from what he didn't want them to know.

So? Richard Grund inserted himself into what Leonard Padilla was up to, after he bailed out Casey. He told LE he sent LP an email the moment he hit town and later tossed around theories of what might have happened with Lenny and the boys.

According to RG, LP forewarned him Jesse was getting thrown under the bus by either Casey or the Anthony family.

According to Jeff Ashton, it was Jose Baez who invited Lenny to town.

According to you, Jose Baez was protecting Jesse at the same time he was representing Casey - in essence he was defending them both.

So that can't all be true, eh?

LMAO! Confer away Mr. Lamar, but she's likely to tell you she wasn't home.

"Local 6 investigation found the sheriffs office failed to extract data from the browser Casey Anthony primarily used. Lamar said he also plans to confer with her."

Circumstantial evidence suggests Jesse was believed to be involved by people in the know.
Truth!

Mr. Lamar is now set to confer.

One last news story about how, if prosecutors had known about the crucial "foolproof suffocation" search, it might have made a signficant difference in the jury's verdict.

http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/337580

**********

Can anyone explain to me why JWG disputes Jose Baez's timeline by insisting the search was conducted at about 2:50pm on June 16th, and not 1:50pm?

Is it just to move it to a time after George was alleged to have arrived at work, to dispute JABs claim that George made the search.

But regardless, Casey researching what might have been percieved as a pro-suicide site fits JABs theory which he outlines in his opening statement, more than it implicates Casey for murder. What child who was abused from the age of eight who's father then blamed her for intentional harm of her child -- LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!!-- wouldn't have suicidal thoughts, at least on some level.

And is that why JAB asked Yuri Melich on the witness stand if he had asked Casey if she had ever committed suicide?

I think so!

So while Websleuths is basking in glory, was proving JABs defense theory their intention?
