Yes there is. It's called the Interstate Compact Agreement....the "receiving" State must accept the transfer of a person on active Probation and the receiving State then takes responsibility for enforcing the terms of the probation as set by the sending State.
is all of that really necessary for someone basically on admin. probation,who simply takes a pre-authorized "vacation"?
i wouldn't be surprised if she was already discharged tho -- but even if she wasn't, the "term" expires on 7/17.
