Nobody is going to get prosecuted over a single piece of DNA in isolation without other collaborating evidence including the testimony of Casey Anthony.<quoted text>
okay look, the judge said if the experts didn't file a report then they wouldn't be allowed to testify.
to preserve the integrity of a parallel investigation -- some experts didn't file reports or testify.
some experts testified just long enough to qualify them in the area of the evidence -- but not so long that their testimony becomes a conflict of interest when they jump sides and become prosecution witnesses in the future.
it doesn't matter at this juncture whose dna they found -- what matters is, unless they're complicit IT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THERE!
Richard Grund blatantly suggested several times that Casey planted Jesse's DNA. So to thst same type of planting scenario, you certainly cannot assume "unless they're complicit IT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THERE!"
It's the totality of the investigation that will result in any prosecution.
