That's ok, TM, Days doesn't know FL law either, so she just makes it up, lol.
why won't the morgans apply your law to find casey - instead of filing whiney assed motions with the judge?

finding her should be as simple as figuring out which county sheriff's office she is registered with, right?

don't they want to spend that "for the people" money to find her?

what about jesse and his people in new zealand, aruba & germany?

thought he said something like casey can run but she can't hide?

Girlfriend, it isn't my law and the judge has NO jurisdiction over the Sheriff. Figure the remainder out for yourself.

Hey there NG,
Despite our differences I am glad to see you posting.
Here in CA we get scant tidbits re. weather in FL etc but I got the opinion that perhaps you may have been undergoing some severe weather.
In all sincerity I would like to say that I am glad you are safe.
Honestly, no punchline.
Be safe.
Thanks. Nasty stuff this Florida weather.......sunny skies all around and then bam!

Fortunate for me, I was unaware of the alerts until it was over and heard about the damages on the news.

how many paternity tests did jesse grund take?

DECEMBER 22, 2008

VAN SUSTEREN: And Jesse, that child was born in August. That child is not your child, right?

JESSE GRUND: That's correct, Greta. I had a paternity test done about •SIX weeks• after Caylee was born, waited the required time, paid for it, and it said it was a zero percent probability I was Caylee's father.

JULY 7, 2011

JESSE GRUND: Well, Dr. Drew, the math never really worked. I mean, she told me that she`s pregnant, and that the baby is born full-term in August, but we didn`t start dating until late January.

So, she would have had been a premie baby for her to have been mine.

However, I did (INAUDIBLE) thing and got a paternity test within •TWO weeks•.

Yet you claim you were interested enough to read 20,000++ pages of repetitive discovery twice, and a 324 page book is too much for you to handle? Sure.....
By the way, do you have a link for the 3,000 pages of interviews, 64 of them I believe, which were released on or about March 11, 2011?
I read the discovery docs, same as most, looking for evidence that would support either side's position. To me, that was interesting.

Jeff's book is not. However, I did contribute to his coffers by purchasing a copy.

What are you looking for specifically? The old links don't work, but I have saved many PDF files if you can point them out.
Offhand I don't remember, though, ever seeing 64 interviews posted in one batch that close to the trial.

When did she return to jail?
She didn't. But that link was where her probation info was located.

I can't find her listed there now. A search comes up empty.

In Florida, if you behave yourself while on probation, the common practice is to shorten the probation term to about 1/2 of the original sentence.

My question is then, is she off probation and that's why M&M is so anxious lately to locate her whereabouts?

Girlfriend, ya still got your panties in a bunch over Jesse. He could have had a second test done SIX WEEKS after Caylee was born, DUH! Statements like this make you sound really, really dumb, but you already know this.

We'll know soon enough if she off probation. M&M has always wanted to know here whereabouts, legally.
