NYS, for one.

It's to differentiate between a home built from the ground up on site, as opposed to pre-fab, modular, or, manufactured housing.

It's a very common term.

I had hoped the Casey case would have been a tutorial on the finer points of law, what with no shortage of Juris Doctors commenting on the case in real time. Instead, the general public was duped.
It's probably safe to assume, this is one of the biggest reasons that those who didn't agree with the verdict, didn't understand the difference between heart felt emotions vs the legal system and how it works in proving a case.

We are upset Because the damn jury didn't even look the evidences. Were upset because A killer is loose. The Jury wanted pictures so they didn't have to use their brains.

People magazine has reported that Anthony is living in Port St. Lucie. Tatsha Robertson, a senior editor at People Magazine, told CNN’s “Early Start” this morning how writer Steve Helling figured out Anthony’s whereabouts. She is serving a year’s probation for check fraud somewhere in Florida.

“He has good sources. He’s been covering Casey since the very beginning,” Robertson told CNN.“We got a strong idea where she is. We think she’s living by herself. And she’s doing a lot. She’s talking to counselors, to pastors…so I think our sources are pretty tight.”

Anthony might need that bar job, because she has told her probation officer she remains unemployed.“She has no way of making any money right now,” Robertson told CNN.

In July, Anthony was acquitted of murder in the 2008 death of her daughter, Caylee. <
