Lisa, have you heard of the woman who murdered a 15 year old girl in 4999? She was sentenced to 20 years even though the murder was well planned in advance and carried out in a gruesome manner. She is coming up for parole in a few months.
I saw the movie, "In Her Skin", a true account written by the victim's mother. Had never heard of the case before that.
The victim was Rachel Barber who went missing and cops would not look for her. The murderer, Caroline Reed Robertson "was filled with jealousy and a lack of self-esteem".
Interesting, but another sicko like Jodi and baby killer. She's in her 30s now and will go free to live her own life.
Good morning Zazz!! Nope,I've never heard of that case before.Maybe if I get time later on,I can look that up though.Anyway, clinking you some early morning coffee and I hope you have a sunny day,woo-woo!!

Somebody needs to trace Casey's income and expenses.
The public has a right to know why she is living off blood money and why she really filed bankruptcy. No one was hounding her for payment. Makes me think she has plans, plans that involve another blood money windfall.
Zazz,Morgan and Morgan have filed motions in this case where the money has been filed from.If I'm not mistaken they have already filed a motion,to see how and where the blood money from Dr.Pheeble to the Anthony's were. You make a very, good point.Nobody was hounding babykiller for payment,(to her even though Perry ordered her to pay,and the I.R.S.has already filed a lien, back when, she can't get out of that, even with a bankruputy hearing.)The bankruptsy does'nt fly with the I.R.S.And by now, interest has added on.

She reminds me sooooo much of the baby killer. Only difference is the age of their victims and of course, she didn't murder her own blood like Skank did.
They are both evil, disgusting, hateful sociopath murderers.
I loved the part where she didn't think anal sex was wrong, just vaginal sex. OMG what a sick bitch.
Zazz, what's also laughable,is she (Aria's)wants to claim Alexander was a male pedo, yet she was sleeping with him. That makes her worse, and the prosecuter should make that point. She is off her freaking rocker!! Self-defensce my butt.

I agree. Did you see the defense wounds on Travis hands? All Jodi had was a few tiny little cuts which she tried to cover with band aids. Jodi went to see some guy after she killed Travis and he asked her how she cut her hand. She said she broke a glass where she worked at the Margarita restaurant and bar. Police detectives said there is no restaurant at the location she stated, nor did any of the other restaurants know who she is. Another lie. It doesn't look good for her. Also, if Travis were truly a Pedo, he would have had something on his computer. Other people would have had some knowledge as to his supposed behavior too. By all accounts, he wasn't that kind of person. Her defense team was trying to make her look like the victim. Travis didn't deserve to die, but he made the mistake of assuming that he could move on to the next person, while still having a last fling with his ex. He did that to his last girlfriend too. That doesn't make him a bad person, but it does make him foolhardy. He sensed Jodi was a sociopath and even told her so. His fatal mistake was seeing her that one last time, but she convinced him and he couldn't have known what was about to befall him. He is still the victim, and not Jodi.

Goodnight and God bless.

5. A book deal means no bankruptcy.
Attorneys will question Casey Anthony on her finances and the potential to someday make money. If Casey Anthony has a potential book deal or offer, it could be considered an asset and she would not be allowed to file for bankruptcy. Money made from a book deal or movie would be paid to Anthony’s creditors first. Anthony claims she owes nearly $800,000. If a book deal is made after bankruptcy is granted, Anthony could keep the money.
We all know she is a proficient, experienced liar and WTH is a little perjury after you got by with murder?
Nauseating to think that she may profit from Caylee's murder after all. I wouldn't buy a single book from that liar, anymore then I'd buy Baez, Chaney or Sims. All lies for sure.

Casey Anthony: Latest chapter will be behind closed doors
— posted by halboedeker on February, 26 2013 1:55 PM
Casey Anthony will be back in the news Monday, but whether she’ll be seen is another matter.
Her bankruptcy case will stay in Tampa, a federal judge ruled Tuesday, citing security concerns. Zenaida Gonzalez and Roy Kronk, who are suing Anthony, had wanted the case moved to Orlando.
Anthony will be required to attend a hearing with her creditors Monday afternoon in Tampa, WESH-Channel 2 said, relaying an NBC News report.
WKMG-Channel 6’s Mike DeForest, reporting from Tampa, noted that the hearing would take place behind closed doors.
Can we expect a media frenzy?
Probably not. She might be seen entering or exiting the building, but her attorneys may want to keep her shielded.
No cameras are allowed in the courthouse, and reporters won’t be able to bring electronic devices in, either. Unlike Anthony’s murder trial, Monday’s hearing won’t be aired on television or streamed online, so viewers will have to rely on reporters who attend the hearing in person.
Anthony’s attorneys say she has just $1,000 and a few pieces of furniture, DeForest reported, adding that a court-appointed trustee hinted that Anthony may have other assets.
Scott Shuker, Gonzalez’s attorney, told WKMG that he would probably take Anthony’s deposition.“Then we’ll decide whether we’re going to sue her to have our debt pass through the bankruptcy,” he said.
Thanks for all the articles Zazz, Cindy and George are probably bagging to go with her.(they must miss the media spotlight terribaly!!)

It just amazes me how much crap they all have gotten away with!

Casey Anthony: 5 things to know in the bankruptcy case
By Amanda Evans, Reporter

ORLANDO --
On Monday, Casey Anthony will appear in court in her bankruptcy case.
Anthony says she owes nearly $800,000 to a variety of creditors. The debtors listed in her documents range from her defense attorney Jose Baez to Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman who says Anthony ruined her reputation. Anthony has no income.
If Anthony's bankruptcy case is approved by the courts, she won't have to pay those creditors, and she won't have to deal with the civil lawsuits against her by Gonzalez or others.
But legal analyst Mark NeJame says the bankruptcy courts are strict.
"You are under strict scrutiny when you are dealing with a bankruptcy trustee, and a bankruptcy judge," NeJame said. "You don't fool around, so if there has been any, any mis-statements or any 'fudging of numbers' there's going to be hell to pay in front of a bankrutpcy judge."
Here are five things to know of Monday when Casey Anthony appears in court.
1: Casey Anthony will be forced to answer questions for the first time.
Since the death of her daughter, Casey Anthony has never given a deposition and only Antony’s attorney Jose Baez spoke during her trial on her behalf. She never took the stand and we’ve only heard her speak in jail phone calls with her parents and a leaked online video diary. Anthony has plead the 5th up until this point. Cameras will not be allowed in the meeting room on Monday because it is a federal courthouse. A sketch artist will capture the images.
2. This is the first time a confirmed location of Casey Anthony since her acquittal.
Casey Anthony has been in hiding and has been rumored to be staying in numerous places across Florida. Security is an issue for this meeting and that is one reason a judge determined to keep it in Tampa versus bringing it back to Orange County. Anthony’s attorney said she never intends to return to Orange County and that she still receives death threats.
3. Casey Anthony could walk away from lawsuits.
If Anthony proves she is bankrupt, she will not owe any of her debtors money. That includes, Zenaida Gonzales, Roy Kronk and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
4. Casey Anthony could go back to jail.
Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez admitted in her murder trial she has a history of lying, but doing so in federal bankruptcy court could land her in jail.
Anthony signed a summary of her schedule when she filed for bankruptcy and listed all of her assets. If a judge determines she was not truthful on this form she could face felony charges.

Thanks Zazz!! Well, let's see.Babykiller is a compulsive liar, who can't help herself,so I'm sure she is going to be lying in the bankruptsy case.Hopefully, the federal judge will be able to catch her lying and actually send her back to jail.
