It's nice to finally see our bench have a good game to complement how well our starters are playing. Dooling was clutch. I know Hedo is playing well, but if he could play like this every game, we would win 60 games this year. I think we got the Heat's best, and we still won big. Solid victory.

Magic cool off heat??? they've been cold all season.

I was at the game between heat fans...so happy we got the W.

Also happy to see some production from the bench and that no magic player played more than 40 min.

Give Lewis some time...he's having some bad games, but he will bounce back!

The Magic drove to the rim quite often tonight. 48 points in the paint. They played a good aggressive game tonight. And it was good to see them keep the hammer down for the most part and not allow Miami to get back in it.

Here's how well Cook has done in 2 games: 1 for 5 shooting. That's 20 percent. He's right on target with his season average with LA which was at 19 percent. The guy is a stiff and doesn't even fill a need.

Oh, yeah. He's got a "great attitude."

The other guy involved in the trade was last seen on the side of a milk carton.

Strong showing...I see Cook & Evans got time. Goodbye JJ and pretty much the whole bottom 1/3 of the bench.
Very disappointing. But it's a Big Business.

Hey, Appreciate the feedback. Makes me feel much better...Now only if reddick gets off his butt and becomes a regular off the bench contributor...I think we suddenly got much better with depth.

If they dont fall then then shoot some more...you can't score more points by taking less shots. As long as the defense shows up, missing shots wont be too big of a problem.

I was very happy to see that. Very soon they should be into reguler rotations so that Lewis/turk/howard dont have to play over 38min pg.. This was teh huge reason OTIS made this trade... Our starters were playing too many minutes... To many that think OTIS pulled a desperate trigger simply to make a trade...will understand this trade better as time goes by.
THANK YOU GOD we still have HEDO!! He is the biggest reason we have this record right now.

Evans and Cook looked very good out there (especially Evans) and you can definitely see how, after a few more practices and indoctrination into our system, will be solid role players for us. Can't tell you how happy I am that we have depth on this team. Very nice! Just what a contending team needs to continue making it's run ...:)

WOW..... I'll tell you why this is already a WIN for the MAGIC. Cook played 8min w/4pts and Evans played 11min w/6pts...Regardless of the stats...we got almost 20min of decent play from those guys...that is what magic didnt have last wk and its exactly what they lacked. Starters got some breating room... 10pts from them.
Now when LA uses Ariza right...it could be a WIN WIN for both sides...
One thing for SURE...ARIZA is great...if LA doesnt use him and he doesnt develop and lets him go ...then LA lost on his potential.
If Battie didnt go down, This trade would not happen.

I wasnt expecting a land slide win over the Heat since Wade came back from his injury. Anyway, I think Pat Riley is in the best position out of all the coaches in the NBA. He serves as the president AND the coach of the Heat. So, let say, if Heat does worst and the owner wants him gone, he still has a job with the organization.

Wow...well if it isnt debby downer herself...actually cook has made 3 shots in two games probably shooting 3-6 or somewhere around there...hes done just fine on defense and offense

Evans on the other hand was awesome...had about 8 points off the bench and had a couple of nice dunks
