My husband and I really enjoy the BJ's in Las Vegas NV on Charlestin Blvd. We usualy can find a seat before 6pm. It gets crowed fast1 Our favorite are the appetizer pizzas and avacado rolls. My husband enjoys the beer too. I would prefer a non-sweet cider.

I have read the above posted comments and have to chuckle.Several of our friends have been going to BJ's in Tacoma,WA since it opened. We as a whole on a rateing of low 1-high 10 give this place a 11-12. My wife (Back surgery) uses a walker to get around. We had the pleasure of having the manager come to our table at meals end to offer the use of the back emergency door to get us out nearer to our parking. It saved her going up a ramp and the process of weaving among patrons to get out.I got into this page by accident as I wanted to fill out the survey to get free mozzarella sticks at our next visie. So I will move on.

Good crowds at lunch time during the week. Have yet to go in on a weekend. Food and service was very good. Atmosphere is louder than some but you can have a conversation at your table and it stays there. If you are pressed for time and have a few friends, the bar area is comfortable and there are t.v.'s for viewing. I will be back. *The turkey club is good. Get the crispy thin fries w/your sandwhich.

I'm part of a group that meets for lunch once a month, and we've always enjoyed BJ's. We've always had very good service and the food is great!(I was surprised to see bad reviews at other sites.) The new pulled pork sand is wonderful! Not a beer drinker, so I have coffee --and their coffee is smooth and rich; love the stuff. Crispy fries are the best.

We have a BJ's been open about 6months now outside of San Francisco I have never had a total good experience there yet out of the 6 times i have been there. Either you cannot get a drink as they only have 1 bartender (this happens every visit) for a huge restaurant or the food order is cooked wrong (last night they couldnt get it right 2 times with a hamberger!!) or the wrong food is served that wasnt ordered. Before ever going i was informed by freinds that the service will be bad but the food was good and the specialty beers are good. On one recent visit as usual the drinks were late and at the end of the meal we had pizza the waitress drops the to go box on the far corner of the table under the pizza stand and leaves. In order for me to put the pizza in the box i had to clear my table onto an extra chair at our table to make room. I would think for a 50 dollar pizza dinner for 2 the server would have helped us out then that would assume BJ's has good service and trained servers that actually think you earn the tip.

I went to the restaurant in Reno and waited for an hour outside. I went in with the electronic waiting card, surprisingly no customer is waiting except us. After checking I realized that it is coincidence with your skin color. If your skin color is not white, my advise is think twice before going to the restaurant.

Pizza was kinda cold which I expect my pizza to be very warm. My waiter took very long when I asked for bbq sauce for my food & took forever to give the bill. Not to happy with the service.

you're an idiot, bj's specifically caters to those of darker skin colors, for the simple fact that they look for the most to complain about and always want free stuff. No one sits outside of a resturaunt that is not on a real wait unless they are high, smoke another blunt, grab some doritos and go home.

people dont even know what they eat at this place. bjs does it mean ''bagged junk''... everything comes in a bag. you are better off eating at a fast food place. i know beacause i have worked there.

Went to the one in valencia ca for mine and my friends 21st birthday. We had 12 people. Had reservations but still didn't get seated for an hour afterwards... Once we were seated. Realized we were short 3 chairs!! So we had to stand for another 30 minutes til they found us chairs to sit in.(so far worst service- especially for my birthday! I mean COME ON!!!) Argued with the waiter and manager about how we couldn't have seperate checks ( i always ask before ordering ) RIDICULOUS! All the drinks came on one side of the table making it cluttered while the other half of the table had no drinks! The appetizers were cold, the food came out on spurts. Half of the table was finished with their food while the other half was still waiting on theirs!! Finally when it ca,e to our birthday bajookies my friends came out with a lit candle, but they FORGOT IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY TOO! So as we waited for mine so we can blow them out together, the wax dripped all over her cookie, her ice cream melted and we ended up having to share mine ( amd they charged us for hers )

I have been a customer for BJ's for years, and never once had a problem. But i will never ever ever ever go back, especially because we complained to the manager and he said how "sorry" he was and took a measly 15 dollars off of the bill.
They screwed up our checks! Which wouldn't have happened if they let us have seperate checks. They were unorganized and i am very sad that they treated me this way on my birthday! Needless to say i was in such a bad mood aterwards that i just wen home and put on my pj's and went to bed...

And to the comment about people coming in thinking that they can complain and get their checks taken care of, this was not the case for me. I was a happy customer forever and this experience was the absolute worst! I went in hoping it would be a great way to celebrate my birthday but left one pissed off customer.

Do not go to the valencia bj's because you will be treated like dirt! Oh and the bartender didn't even give me my first beer for free ( i realize that is not a rule but it is common courtesy to get a free drink on your 21st birthday- i know because my closest cousin has been a bartender or 10 years now)

Worst service ever. Felicia 81.#0646b, Table 314. We ordered appetizers, and 1 dessert- took about 2 hours. Waitress disappeared often, then would stop by and say "I'll check on your order".
And then we found pieces of chewed chicken in our Apple BlueBerry Crisp Dessert. This was awful!!!

I've been there, but it was nothing impressive. It seems that the service was slow and it was loud. No ambience to be had. Plus, it's a terrible name for a restaurant.

Eww how do you compensate for something like that? Manager. No I don't want a gift card to return.
