PayPal Seizing Crowdfunding Funds

From tonight's EcommerceBytes Letters to the Editor: "Hi Ina,
PayPal is at it again- suddenly freezing funds for crowdfunding of things that just don't fit their agenda.
If PP doesn't want to be associated with such ventures, why can't they EVER just say that upfront? Why is it ONLY once the account has lots of money in it to suddenly "freeze"?
Why is there never, ever any sort of repercussion to eBay/ PayPal for the egregious stunts they pull? They just act- and obviously truly FEEL- as if they aren't answerable to anybody for anything they do, even when it involves someone else's data or funds. They JUST DON"T CARE- nor does it appear that they even NEED to. Why? Are we actually living in a "corporatocracy" after all?
