I have been heavy all my life, I have worked around the clock, and still kept my weight.

Working and keeping busy, even with exercise will only tone your muscles and burn a little fat.

The only way to lose weight, is to stop eating bad carbohydrates. That is to not eat anything made with sugar, not anything. Or made with flour, not anything. Not to eat corn or anything made with corn.

Your fat will fall off, that is why you have to do some toning or you will have skin that hangs all over you. Even lifting one pound weights over your head ten times a morning and at night for your arms, and squats the same.

No one told me this when I was young, I wish they would have, I would have been a better looking person.

I checked out the web site, and it is very good if you are 350 pounds and you have the energy to do all that work out.

I am talking about the old fat guy or gal who is tired of being fat their whole life. The fat is from years of eating prepared foods and never thought they harmed your body.

The guy or gal who can't walk up stairs and sit in the tub anymore. If you want to feel better than you have ever felt in your life, and get rid of that fat, stop eating prepared package food.

Gotta run. Time to have fun, so I can't stay here. Yes, I've been running and playing for several days now. I just come here during the break. It's funny to watch such a large collection of psychologically disturbed people who love Gorge of the Jungle. Hurry up and end the trial. I am ready to be done. I can't believe people have hung out here for 5-10 years. Unbelievable!

Oh, man. Ever since we got a new bed, I can't seem to get out of it for a variety of reasons. It sucks you in and before you know it, you are fast asleep. It's great for other activities too. I'm betting for this crowd, those carnal pleasures are a distant memory. No wonder some are perpetually in a bad mood and never have a good day.

I feel sorry for people who are compulsive overeaters or have eating disorders. I eat too much sugar on holidays, but that's it. Once it is over, it is back to non-processed food. Who has 3-4 hours to work out? Who would want to?

I have seen women who get large and basically, they sit behind their desk all day and try to get others to wait on them. There is a sense of entitlement. They get handicapped parking and someone to clean their houses and cook for them. All for free. Is it fair?

I do keep weights in the bed and workout throughout the day since walking doesn't help the upper body. You don't want to have great butt and legs and not have arms/chest to match. I literally reshaped my body with cleaning/cooking efforts. Heavy cookware, cleaning, and decorating are all great workouts. Move those couches. Sweat and sweat. lol Clean under those beds. j/k
