From the good fella's at the F.B.I.

Today we announced the results of an unprecedented five-day nationwide sweep targeting criminals involved in trafficking children for prostitution in the United States. The stings, dubbed “Operation Cross Country,” spanned 16 cities and resulted in the arrest of 389 people and the recovery of 21 children.
The coordinated operation, which ended June 22, was the largest in the history of the Innocence Lost National Initiative, which marks its five-year anniversary this month. To date, the initiative has rescued more than 400 child victims and led to the conviction of 308 individuals who exploited children through prostitution. Investigations have uncovered schemes that run the gamut from prostituting children at truck stops to promoting their services on the Internet.
The sex trafficking of children remains one of the most violent and unforgivable crimes,” FBI Director Robert Mueller said during a press conference at FBI Headquarters.“What is different as we stand here today is that we are faced with the increasing use of social network sites and other advances in technology to carry out these crimes and facilitate these criminal enterprises.”
The Innocence Lost initiative was created in 2003 to address the growing problem of child prostitution in America. Our Criminal Investigative Division partnered with the Child Exploitation-Obscenity Section of the Department of Justice and with the nonprofit National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to bring together state and federal law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and social service providers. The initiative’s 24 task forces and working groups have recovered 433 children to date and seized over $3 million in assets.

I don't have an "exact" position, because this is such a cluster fcuked case. There are so many twists and turns, law enforcement definitely has it's hands full. They are to be commended. I trust they are doing all they can to find Caylee.
Do I condone the lies or the hindering of an ongoing criminal investigation? Normally, without question, no.
What I am doing is taking the "Truth is stranger than fiction" route for a minute and asking "What If".
It's really not hurting anything to ask the "What If's" because for every one person who isn't willing to take the media spin at face value, there are probably 100,000 people who do. You all have my slack covered.
If Caylee, bless her little heart, is dead, I will not have changed that either. On the remote chance that she's alive, keeping an eye out and not forgetting her, isn't hurting anything either.
The primary concern of course would be Caylee.
I wish law enforcement the best of luck in sorting thru everything and getting to the truth.
Another thing, do you know how easy it would be to set up a gullable person for murder?
Kidnapping a kid, demanding the mother follows certain orders or the kid gets whacked, hiring someone to take pics, hiring someone else to leak the picks, hiring someone to get into the car to toss in some hairs and trash, getting someone on to someones computer to search for chemical compounds that would most certainly develop from prolonged trash in a hot car trunk blah blah blah...wouldn't be that hard if I was in the organized crime racket.
They don't call it "ORGANIZED CRIME" for nothing.
Someone, somewhere has probably done it before.
If Casey killed her daughter, than she should get what's coming.
If she didn't, shame on us.

Unfortunately Organized Crime and Human Trafficking is a very all too real problem.

Trafficking Victims Protection Act
Becomes Law

Each year, an estimated 600,000-800,000 people are trafficked across international borders. It is estimated that millions more are trafficked internally within the borders of countries. In the past four years, twice as many people in the United States have been prosecuted and convicted for trafficking than in the prior four-year period. Worldwide, more than 3,000 traffickers were convicted last year – an increase from the previous year. These numbers reflect an increasing number of countries acquiring the laws necessary to combat trafficking and having the political will to implement those laws.
Smith’s bill reauthorizes and expands appropriations for anti-trafficking programs in the United States and abroad and offers solutions to specific scenarios where additional initiatives are needed to combat trafficking problems, such as in peacekeeping missions. For the first time, programs geared toward reducing the demand for commercial sex in the United States and preventing human trafficking of US citizens within our own borders are authorized, and new funding will be provided to the Federal Bureau of Investigation to combat both domestic and international trafficking.

“We thought it was essential to target the criminals – slaveholders – who force these young children and women into unimaginable horrors,” said Smith, whose original law was recently the focus of a Lifetime miniseries starring Mira Sorvino entitled ‘Human Trafficking.’

The TVPRA, in its entirety, enables prosecution in the United States of trafficking offenses committed by federal employees and contractors and amends the United States Code to strengthen the use of money laundering, racketeering and civil and criminal forfeiture statutes against traffickers. In addition, the Department of Justice is directed to conduct a biennial analysis of trafficking and commercial sex acts statistics inside the United States.

“Contrary to common belief, human trafficking is not a criminal activity exclusive to foreign countries – it happens within our own borders, within our own communities,” said Smith, who noted that US Attorney Christopher Christie in New Jersey has been a vigorous prosecutor of criminals involved in human trafficking.“It is essential that the United States takes the lead and that includes within our own borders, particularly with a crime as abhorrent as human trafficking.”

GRAND RAPIDS -- A 43-year-old Florida man with family in Kent County was arrested here Sunday and charged with 130 counts of possession of child pornography.
Kenneth Lee Wilson, 43, was arrested by Kent County Sheriff's deputies at his father's home outside of Grand Rapids on a warrant out of Collier County, Fla. Police say he fled here after police near Naples seized his computer on June 18.
Collier County sheriff's investigators earlier began investigating Wilson's activities on the Internet and obtained Comcast records to get his name and address.
Police say Wilson's computer had images and videos of children, including a 1-year-old, engaging in various sexual acts.

Raymond George Bohning, 59, of Hollywood, Fla., entered a guilty plea in U.S. District Court in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., for preying on children, Assistant Attorney General Alice S. Fisher of the Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney R. Alexander Acosta for the Southern District of Florida, and FBI Special Agent in Charge, Jonathan I. Solomon, announced today.
At a hearing held today before Senior District Judge Jose A. Gonzales, Bohning pleaded guilty to the enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity, production of images of a child engaging in sexually explicit conduct, distribution of child pornography to a minor to persuade her to engage in sexual conduct, and possession of child pornography.
In November 2003, Bohning traveled from Florida to Birmingham, England, in order to sexually abuse 13 and 15-year-old girls. The father of the 13-year-old girl intercepted a telephone call between his daughter and Bohning upon Bohning’s arrival in the United Kingdom in which he discussed his planned sexual activity with her. The young girl’s father contacted U.K. law enforcement who notified the FBI in Miami. A search of his person and hotel room revealed he was in possession of numerous items including: a laptop computer, Viagra pills, Vaseline petroleum jelly, a teenage pornography magazine, and Polaroid images of a teenager engaging in sexually explicit conduct. An investigation conducted by the FBI revealed that Bohning had an extensive collection of child pornography images depicting minors being sexually abused, including babies and toddlers.

Anyone that thinks that Casey is innocent should read the discovery documents released by the court.
After you start reading those there can not be a shadow of a doubt that the child is dead and that Casey is a liar from hell.
It's unbelievable that anyone could believe her about anything.

This action by Csey (along with many others) can in know way be justified or excused in any shape or form. It is simply inhuman. Absolutely nothing can justify this behaivior, other then sever mental issues which then she should not have been allowed to be responsible for a 3 year old or even a pet dog for that matter!!!!

You people are ready to chop her up and feed her to the dogs on media ASSUMPTIONS!! Let her be proven guilty (which she won't be) before you give all these NEGATIVE opinions!
