Since you women like to post recipes so much, why not name your favorite cookbooks?

And what diet/eating plan you currently embrace

It's best served cold, just like revenge.

Looks like the ghetto nurse isn't getting much play. Boo hoo.

I've got to admit I throw away more food than I eat these days. Better in the garbage than wearing it on your body. I've got boneless skinless chicken breasts in the refrigerator but went out last night. Can I get another date night if I put them in the freezer? I don't eat big meals during the day.

I'm considering purging my cookbooks since I don't need them to grill lean meats and veggies plus toss a salad or steam some spinach. Someone gave me some Paula Deen cookbooks. Those are going for sure. Her stuff is way too fattening.

It's senior hour here, so I will leave the posting to those 60 and over. I have nothing against old people, only old feces-throwing monkey brained seniors. You know who you are. I'm headed to the gym and grateful to not be in their shoes. Wonder how many urine soaks undies they have in a day.

No, seriously.
I've got so many fresh vegetables and the admonition to not put anything from a box or can on any of it. I guess the oldies don't eat organic and think it is a waste of money.
I know a lot of oldies that eat healthy.. Quit acting like you are the only one that eats healthy..you are probably 600 pounds and live off twinkies!

Another crazy one coming unraveled. Nothing like that was even allowed so I never got a taste for it. Try organic lettuce topped with Haas avocados and homemade salad dressing so I know what' sin it. In what world is that garbage called food and how does that fit in with a plant-based diet and otherwise grilled lean meat.

I don't intend to end up like the Florida fatties who have admitted all of their health issues on here. I saw a woman in the clinic where I had some tests run and she is TOS's age but looks much younger. She attributes it to eating organic and deleting bread/unhealthy foods. Well, if I can look like her when I hit TOS's age, I certainly want to. As soon as I lose a few more pounds, I am going to put on my running shoes and hit it hard.
