Thanks for posting the link, KG. Since the news item is dated March 25th then that would be when LE was looking for Tatum and Relisha and before he was found dead. Interesting, that he was found dead in a park while LE were searching for Relisha in that same park; also interesting that Tatums wife was found dead at a Red Roof Inn Motel, again while LE says they were searching for Relisha at that motel.

It would give the appearance that LE was there searching for Relisha but happened to stumble across Tatums' wifes' body? Or, had someone reported a dead body in that room and that's why LE was there? Would this be the same motel that LE says they have a video of who they think to be Relisha and Tatum walking down a hall together on the 26th, or is that at some other motel or hotel? Conflicting dates here, or is it just me?

I think I'm getting more confused by the lack of concise details by LE and the timeline of Relishas' disappearance and the missing details of all the parties involved in this little girls' small but awful world with a bunch of crazies.

Very true, Zazz. Did you know that Col Sanders of KFC fame was broke and bankrupt again at the age of 65? Having been bankrupt a couple of times before, he was raising chickens at that time but lost everything (which couldn't have been much to begin with) and now was selling drive-by chicken lunches from a little stand beside the road that he cooked himself. How many chicken lunches could he sell daily on a poor country road that had little drive-by traffic in those days? Five, ten, maybe twenty on a good day? For danged sure, not many. Drive-thru carry out fast-food restaurants were unheard of at this time. They didn't exist.

I don't think one could get much poorer and beat down than he was at 65 yrs old. Not yet entirely whipped and completely discouraged he's doing his best to survive; from there, and with little education, look what he accomplished, and I'm talking great success. He was in his 80's when driving down a country highway he felt convicted to stop, walked into an old-time tent revival meeting, walked forward at altar call, was saved and gave his life to God.

He has been an inspiration to many I'm sure; just goes to show what can be done with ones failed life when they have already reached near the end of the road, have faced every adversity, their strength is fading and with nothing to go forward with, somehow they do.

Awe, no worries, I get all the names mixed up and/or misspell them too sometimes. This poor child's name is Relisha and I've misspelled it in the past too. Too many missing babies....ugh I wouldn't doubt both Relisha and Erica were sold into child trafficking by their disgusting so called mothers. BTW, aren't the Parson's suppose to be back in court this month? I hope they're thrown in a cell....
Sami, I hate to say it but it appears to me that the Parsons have gotten away with what they did to little Erica. Why would the judge give them this additional time to admit what they know or what they did with this child? Favors owed to the defense attys or their law firm? Time weakens a case. Over the years and being a real estate broker in two states; I've been involved in, seen and known of cases that got weaker over a period of time, even when the culprit was obviously guilty, the evidence was there, and everyone knew it.

This is a favored trick of defense attorneys, stall, stall, stall.... get it snarled up, bide their time. I've seen it happen too many times. I would just LOVE to be proven wrong in tragic little Ericas' case, and I hope I am.

GM, Anne. Hope today finds you feeling better.
I looked up Relisha's bio father. He lives in Washington DC. He has been absolutely silent throughout this. He's not said one word about his missing daughter. ODD.
Neither has her stepmother, Tonya Rudd. It looks as if her FB was hijacked on Feb. 22. The same posts keep coming up over and over wanting the viewer to click on a link. I didn't click on them.
The police say that they've found and interviewed the man from the video at the train station. Of course: "The man cooperated with the investigation, police said, but did not provide “any new information” to aid the search for Relisha. They did not publicly identify the man."
Why did they single this man out, anyway? There had to have been many more people at that station at the same time, so, what drew their attention to this man?
Thank you KG, I have been feeling better the last coupla days. Just trying to finish all this laundry I got so far behind on, and now the dirty dishes piled up again. Also trying to get my G/Ds clothes straightened out again, rewashed and hung, that she had mostly been looking out for herself with her dad doing only part of their laundry and hanging nothing. It's a mess.

You see what I mean? More unanswered questions concerning Relishas' disappearance. I don't have the slightest idea who this mysterious man was at the station or what his involvement was. Ditto for this Tonya Rudd who might also have some involvement? Maybe Sami will have some of these answers, or Vic or Ponderings.......? I'm confused.

So many people who might have been involved here and no concise answers from LE. It just looks to me like LE is trying to wrap this case up as quickly as they can, with "Tatum killed his wife and killed himself and probably killed and disposed of Relisha somewhere and we can't find her", when in fact she may have been sold into child porn down in N.C or somewhere else.... Is this to be the end of their 'search', leaving all these unanswered questions?

GM Anne & ALL!, yea, this last statement from the judge kinda sounded like a warning. Present Erica or her whereabouts or else. Or else what? They just don't get their other kids back? I don't believe they will get them back, but they are with family and I betcha that family will eventually let them visit with them or even take them and that makes me sick. They should be put in prison. If it weren't for the brother nobody would have ever known Erica was gone. These liars can't just come up with some bs of some invisible person, with no addy, no phone #, who they never visited and say they sent a child there.

There was a case many yrs. ago where the pos adoptive parents said they thought their young son ran away 10 yrs. before and they never reported it or anything. iirc it was his sibling who finally reported it and nothing was done to these monsters. I think the boy was between 10-12 yrs. old....ugh

The vid of Relisha and Tatum was in a different hotel on the 26th. The hotel where his wife was found there were some guests who said they saw Relisha there and others said they didn't. Yea, they had a bolo out on his cars, so maybe a guest from the hotel called le or it could have been Lyles or someone who wanted his wifes body found. Tatum didn't leave the hotel in his or his wifes car, iirc it was Lyles who picked him up early morning. Le said Relisha was with Tatum on the 1st somewhere in DC and there was an instagram vid with her, her mom and siblings on the 1st as well.

You got it, Sami. "Or else"... WHAT? I agree entirely with your post. But I still wouldn't be surprised if the older brother does a complete about-face before it's all said and done. Is he not a chip off the old block? I say that remains to be seen. They'll do a number on this sons' head before it's over and con him into back-peddling, blood being thicker than water. I really do believe this. They still have access to him thru other relatives, don't they?

It makes me sick too. OF COURSE, these Parson murderers will be back and forth visiting with their relatives and other two kids, and probably already have been. That's why I said in an earlier post that they've got the best of both worlds now, somebody ELSE taking care of and raising their kids and them with no responsibilities. I'd guarantee they have been having the most rest and carry out junk food they've had in many a year.

True story, Sami; he 'turned lemons into lemonade' all by himself. Yes, after his last bankruptcy at age 65 and while sitting beside the road selling home cooked chicken lunches, which recipe he dreamed up himself and everybody seemed to like; he began to think he might be able to open a little place of his own; he finally did and the rest is history. Quite a few years ago there were many news articles written about Col Sanders and his life story. There's more, I just don't remember them all now.

After he got on his feet a little, somebody who liked him down in Ky anointed him with the 'Col' title but prior to that he was known around the countryside as chicken farmer Harlan Sanders. He was so proud and impressed with this honorable title and him nothing more than a struggling little chicken farmer, that he used it the rest of his life.

It was said in one of the articles, or something to this affect; that he was so humbled that he got saved that he wore white suits from that day on; that he was telling everyone that he had been washed in the blood of Jesus, had made his robes white, and was ready to go. If this is entirely true, I don't know, nonetheless, a very touching story.

I've been trying to get through months of receipts in order to get our taxes done. We normally do it quarterly but last year, there was simply no Normal to it. I cann't even read the amounts on most of them. Lord help me. yesterday I had a darn panic attack, I ain't got time for that. I'm ok, told hubby he'd just have to file an extension this year, or do it himself.

IMO, there will be no punishment for the Parsons. They may not get their young children back, but, like you say - they're with relatives, so Casey and Sandy may be allowed to see them as often as they want.

As for Jamie, the older son who reported her missing - wasn't he 20 years old? He didn't report her missing until Mom and Dad threw him out of the house.
The police had been called quite a few times because Jamie was abusing the smaller children (even bit one of them) and Casey. Could be he'd been holding that over their heads, as in - just try to throw me out, and I'll tell the police that Erica is missing.
I think that he reported Erica's disappearance just to get back at Mom and Dad for throwing him out.

Yea, but what if his problems with his parents were because he knew what happened and it bothered him, but he was young and brainwashed and scared to tell? Maybe he had been yelling and fighting with them for answers and this is why all of a sudden they start having him arrested and start saying he has issues. Look at them in their interviews. That pos mom looks at them straight in the eyes, calm as hell, while telling nothing but lies. I feel like reaching through the screen @ her and her lying fat azz. Maybe he couldn't take it anymore or hold the secret anymore. Regardless of when he told, the fact remains that he was telling the truth. Erica is missing and she has been missing for the two yrs. that he said.

Thanks for the link yesterday KG. I did go back and viewed Andrea Tatums memorial. It was sad and touching, also the many memorials for her. She seemed to have a lot of friends and relatives who thought the world of her. Someone mentioned her as being a mom so I guess she was although I've never read anything about her life, who she was or what she did. I guess we'll never know. Shame she got murdered in a motel room the way she did.

I wonder what she was doing there or who did it? Just because LE speculates that hubby Tatum did it doesn't prove he did. Also wonder why he was divorcing her after 23 years together. The mind can wander in all directions on this.... Maybe she knew too much about his perv activities and was hiding out from him in the motel, or maybe she was a participant in his activities.

We'll probably never know the truth about her, Tatums''suicide', this Lyles person and his involvement, or what happened to little Relisha. Too many unexplained people involved in this child's mysterious life, neglect and disappearance, including her low-life POS mother and family, and no clear answers coming from LE, only quick conclusions.

Hey back atcha! Saw your post within minutes after you posted yesterday Vic, and was delighted to finally hear from you, but was just too tired to respond and went to bed.

Oh dear. The tax problem! Now that's a big one. My hubby and I used to wrack our brains for days/weeks in a fit of panic over filing the tax return every year trying to meet the deadline, then we got onto the benefits of filing for an extension and taking our time. But prior to that we had to have everything ready at least ten days prior to the filing deadline and take it out to the tax lawyers office to give him time to file for us. Then the atty advised us to file for an extension when we were getting too close to the deadline and there wasn't enough time left for him to file our return as he was already bogged down in taxes anyhow.

My tax lawyer says an extension is the key, just make sure you get it in prior to the deadline. So every year since 2000 my tax atty automatically files an extension for me and it has worked out perfectly fine. It relieves all the pressure. I go back and file later when I get to it. So far, no problems with the IRS. So there ya go, no hassle.

Can I tell you to do this? No, I'm not a tax specialist or a tax attorney, but it sure has worked out for me! KG being an accountant in the business of filing tax returns can tell you more about how this works so beautifully than I can. Zazz also seems to know a lot about income taxes and returns and she probably could shed some light on how this works too. Good luck, stay calm! So nice to hear from you.... xx00xxx

GM Anne & ALL!

AT did have at least a daughter., maybe more. Unlike the Young family they're not all over the news and doing interviews tp spread their lies, rumors, etc. iirc, her daughter just said that her mothers case is closed and I seems like she just wants her to rest in peace.

I don't know how she hooked up with Tatum or stayed with him as his last prison sentence was in the mid 90's iirc. and he has several other felonies from the 1980's as well.
