KG, I never knew there were witnesses statements that could have exonerated Terri Horman of any suspicion! Where did you get this info.? Oh, I believe you, I just want to know if you have any links that are still up that might point to these witnesses and why they were not followed up on?.This is really, really, really sad for Terri.

Unfortunately, I was too involved in reading statement analysis during the early stages of Kyrons' disappearance. However, at least for a couple of years now I have been highly suspicious of the blatant unfounded accusations that are made against people on statement analysis, and particularly Peter Hyatt, who never gives the whole story about anything, nor do any of his followers. They twist and twist a few little words against someone and forever that person is guilty but never with any of the investigative facts being brought to the surface.

They just go on and on pointing the guilty finger against an individual when none of them have gathered any info beyond what Peter cleverly dictates to them, while he worships the ground this Avanoim and McClish person walks on; or whatever the hell their names are. Occasionally I still read it but always get so damned angry that it makes me want to tell all of them to go to hell; fact is, I shouldn't even be reading it.

I don't know how his followers can fail to see that he is an egotistical self-righteous, twisted freak who thrives on self-glorification and very well could be hiding something major himself! It wouldn't surprise me if he is! It gives me a sickening feeling to think that he could be involved in something very shady and devious himself, while using statement analysis to hide behind and gather praise to himself. In any event, I've always found my gut suspicions, when there are strong hints that all is not above board, and have actually seen some discrepancies, to have some merit in the long run. Time will tell.

Mornin' All... I just checked Google to see if there are any updates on missing Erica Parsons and don't see where anything has been posted since 10/29, where Casey Parsons is defending herself for their continuing to receive Ericas' monthly checks. I know there has to be updates somewhere as it was since this date that the families of Casey & Sandy were questioned in Ericas' disappearance and related matters.

Does anyone know where those updates may be found? It's been two years now since this child disappeared and apparently no legal action has been taken, even though this family cannot give reasonable and truthful answers as to where this child might be. This is sickening.

True Jazz, these Satsuma Forum black-outs ARE happening more and more often. I'm not so sure it's all random either. Funny, but this is the only site where I see this happening. While I don't post on other sites or forums for the most part,(only one, occasionally) I don't see this happening anywhere else that I'm familiar with. All of those that I'm familiar with have a live admn that deletes posts they don't like, so what's the deal here? It gets really frustrating! Makes me wonder if there is a real person doing this if/when one of us says something they don't like. Anywayz, sorry I missed your post hon...

While I'm thinking about it, and before it disappears forever, I want to repost King Georges' post from Dec 5th. This site is devoted to "survivors of child sexual assault by law enforcement" and is frequently updated. This is a very valuable link. A lotta lotta research done by someone went into creating this site. THIS vast LE corruptness explains why child sexual offenders, abusers and killers only get a slap on the wrist.

To those who haven't read it, this is astounding, infuriating and heart breaking beyond words; there are literally hundreds of thousands of various law enforcement officers/agencies, including so-called counselors and pedophile loving judges IN THIS COUNTRY involved in raping ,molesting, making and distributing child porn, including some FBI agents and many state employees and authorities in higher positions.

You've got to read this! These are actual case histories that are being posted: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Tribute-to-sur ...

KG, if I did not get this right, would you please repost it? TKX!

Happy holidays and blessings to all who are stuck in the snow and ice. I sure hope none are without power or enough food in the house...! xx00xxx

G/M Vic, Sami, Curious, Karma, Ponderings, JRW, Zazz, KG, Topaz, MonCherie and anyone else I might be missing. I guess everyone is busy with other things,'eh? For the most part, me too, but there are a few back posts I wanted to respond too, BUY IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT I've already had a post disappear and go up in space this morning! It REALLY causes me to lose my momentum.... not even sure this one will make it so will keep it short.

Sami, it was good to see you; (and I did answer your post, it got lost in space then I was never able to get back to it); just I'm so sorry your hubby had to have the b/k amputation. I already had the feeling that all wasn't well there, and was concerned about him & you and the kids; but am so glad to know now that he is doing better and is able to get around. He sounds like a delightful man! God love you, you've (and he) has had so much to carry. Yes, I will be hoping and praying for you and your family (and all of us) to have a better 2014.

It coulda been worse you know; we could all still be sitting out there lost in an underground storm shelter in the Y2K 'calendar-standing-still and all-the-clocks stopped' scenario that never happened!(I actually know a family who believed all this and got their bunker ready; she canned all year in 1999!)

I guess KG is busy with c'mas holiday parties at work? Hope you make lots a money KG! Vic and everyone else, guess you're all busy with holiday festivities, kids & g/ds, baking, cooking & cleaning, salting & shoveling snow and fighting icy roads.. I'm still in slow motion but perkjng right along... I'll git 'er done in due time.

Lawmakers file sex predator legislation

The man accused of killing Cherish Perrywinkle is a repeat sex offender. Donald J. Smith is awaiting trial on charges of abducting, raping and strangling the 8-year-old Jacksonville girl, shown in this picture.(August 17, 2013)
By Sally Kestin and Dana Williams, Sun Sentinel
1:34 p.m. EST, December 17, 2013

Florida senators filed four bills Tuesday cracking down on sex predators in what they described as an aggressive, bipartisan effort to make Florida "the most unfriendly place in America for sexually violent criminals."

The legislation increases prison sentences and probation terms for certain sex offenses. It also changes the rules under which sex offenders can be confined after their criminal sentences end, and requires stricter monitoring of offenders and predators in the community.

Lawmakers began working on the legislation after a Sun Sentinel investigation in August revealed that nearly 600 sex offenders committed new sex crimes after being considered under Florida's predator law and set free. The law allows the state to keep predators locked up after their prison sentences end if prosecutors can prove they are likely to attack again.
"When confronted with clear evidence that current laws and administrative systems are not working well enough, the leaders of our Senate committees ... are proposing swift and comprehensive action," said Senate President Don Gaetz.

He called the bills "a centerpiece of our joint House and Senate agenda'' that is expected to pass in the early days of the legislative session that starts in March.

The bills would:
-- Add new felony sex offenses that require a person to register as a sexual predator or sexual offender.
-- Require registered sex offenders to report more information, including internet screen names, professional licenses, volunteer work and immigration status.
-- Punish offenders who fail to report certain registration information or who knowingly provide false information.
-- Increase length of sentences for certain crimes involving adults attacking children.
-- Require the Department of Children & Families to train members of the team that recommend offenders for continued confinement.
-- Add a prosecutor, law enforcement officer and victim advocate to serve as advisors on the team. Sen. Eleanor Sobel, a Hollywood Democrat, said the bill "retools the way the state identifies sexually violent predators to give a louder voice to victims and law enforcement."

Too many repeat sex offenders have slipped through, lawmakers found after holding a series of hearings in the fall. One of them, Donald J. Smith, is awaiting trial for abucting, raping and strangling an 8-year-old Jacksonville girl.

"There is clear evidence the laws we have on the books are not working well enough," said Sen. Chris Smith, a Fort Lauderdale Democrat. He added that the legislation would "deliver some reassurances to parents that our communities and neighborhoods would be safer."

Parsonses' children remain in family member's custody

Updated yesterday at 7:12 PM

SALISBURY, N.C.-- A judge in Salisbury has ruled that the two minor children of Sandy and Casey Parsons not to be returned to them until another hearing is held in juvenile court in January.

That is good news to Angela Laubsther, the great aunt of Erica Parsons, who was just reported as missing last summer after having been gone for two years.

"Well we feel good that the kids are going to get to stay where they are," Laubsther said.

The two minor children of Sandy and Casey were removed by the Department of Social Services last summer after Erica was first reported missing.

The children were placed in the custody of Shirley Stone, the mother of Casey Parsons.

Stone testified on this, the last day of the hearing, which is being held behind closed doors because the children are both juveniles.

Later, outside, she said, "I just want what is best for them and I do think that will be best with me."

Investigators have said they do not believe Sandy and Casey's story of turning over Erica to a family relative in Asheville is true.

After the hearing, Laubsther said it is difficult to have half the family pitted against the other.

"It’s very hard because we are all family. We love them and we care about them. We just wish they would let us know where Erica is.

Sandy and Casey Parsons left the courthouse without saying anything.

GM All! We have lots of pretty snow out here, but it's not really cold today as it has been. Gonna finally start my shopping today. Ugh, I'm usually just about done by now, but once I get going I'll do good. I finally have my list from the kids & have some ideas, but It's just time consuming looking at all the different types of items online & determining which one is the best for the price.

The Parsons aren't back in court until January for the custody hearing. There is a case where a lil 5 yr. old has been missing since Sept. & nobody ever reported it. His sister told the schools that she and her bro are being abused and her other brother is missing. The Judge told the mother to tell where the child is or she will sit in jail on contempt charges. In the other case of the poor baby who IMO was killed by his mother, Elizabeth stayed in jail to for not producing her son. IMO the same thing should happen to the Parsons.

Annie, I hope you're feeling well.

Zazz, thank you so much for posting the update on the Cherish Perriwinkle case vs Donald J Smith in her abduction, rape and murder. This case bothers me because it was clear to me, IMO, that this mother handed her over to this rapist/killer deliberately and with full knowledge of his intentions. In fact, I wondered if he might have slipped her a little cash to look the other way. Something just wasn't right about the way this all transpired. This mother didn't know what she was doing? I'm not buying this! I really hope this comes out in the trial, NOT TO EXCUSE this sorry piece of excrement, but because this woman needs to pay for what she did to her own baby. I just pray to God her other kids were taken away and that she never has access to them again, not even for visitation.

Also, THANK YOU for the updates on missing Arica Parsons. It sure would have been nice to be a fly on the wall in the closed hearing to learn what the family members had to say about this 'lovely couple' and their disgusting abuse and the frauds they committed; course, family being family, I would imagine that some big bald-faces lies were told for them. But, at least for now they don't have their other children back. I can't imagine why they would even want them back in the first place, when parents like these two don't have the slight idea how to love and care for children. To begin with, this fat-ass mama is a pig wallowing in her filth and demanding everyone else wait on her and when they don't or can't, whamo! B'tch.

KG, I'm delighted that you post with us! Initially, I felt like no one agreed with me, or were even willing to consider the possibility that Haleighs' death could be a violent rape assault and NOT a simple drug overdose fed her by Misty or an accident where Haleigh got into the drugs herself; NOR did anyone else seem to believe Butterbean saw what he saw since he was only 4-yrs old; when I KNOW that since a 28 mos old can describe what happened to her and who did it right down to the shoes he was wearing; the child was telling the truth, and particularly when whale Sykes shut him up and whisked him away. This child will someday pay with mental torment when those memories come back to him, knowing no one believed him..

It was obvious to me that Haleighs' death was being covered up by LE in PC, for and by every Cummings family member; for which, there would be no reason for this if it were as simple as drugs gone wrong, not when Skank Mama already had her grasp on Misty and how simple it would have been to lay all the drug blame on Misty, for which Misty would not have been able to escape. Even now, I don't know why TN didn't use that tactic, which would have been so much easier to blame Misty for a 'drug overdose' and the Croslins for Haleighs' disposal, but none of these lyin hayseeds thought that far ahead; they were too busy covering up what they did, the pedophilia involved, and who did it.

Good to hear from you Sami! It sounds beautiful up there, with all the snow. Reminds me of when I went to college in Edinboro, Pa. Even as cold as it was, I miss the beautiful holidays, the lovely decorations and all the festivities, dinners and parties there and in Cincy. Hon, don't sweat it if you're off to a late start; I've been c'mas shopping in Cincy as late as c'mas eve one year, and STILL came up with nice gifts.

I wouldn't trust my luck here tho, as we don't have much to choose from but I got lucky. My G/D loves a boutique in Sarasota so I had her go on line Monday (I hadn't even realized that c'mas is next week!) and pick out things she likes, still in stock, which I found to be reasonably priced. From that I picked out things for c'mas and for her b'day two days later and was able to get my order done on-line in time for it to be delivered by c'mas. From another shop on line, I found things for my son. My son also did his shopping on line the day before and some of his order has already been delivered so I imagine mine will make it in time.

Thanks for asking sweetie, but no all is not well.. My throat/voice is getting worse, not better.

Vic, I've been intending to get back to you on this post for days! I know what you mean about stocking up but it's already too late for the most part. As for lifting extra bulbs off the job sites, I've done that myself a few times where sellers had left extra ones lying around; but I can tell you now, we won't get that chance again. Have you seen the prices on these new babies!? OMG!! Sellers won't be leaving any extra bulbs; they will probably be taking out most of the bulbs themselves and agents will have to take bulbs just to be able to show properties. AND in cases where showing agents can snitch these expensive bulbs that's exactly what they will do. I KNOW.

I've known of agents to take items from houses and condos but no way to prove who did it even tho I knew (or suspected I knew) who did it.. I've even had signs stolen from my own listings by some of my fellow associates! Some agents will steal just about any 'little' thing that isn't nailed down. Here's one for ya; My hubby and I went to Chicago with several other real estate couples for dinner for our anniversary. We had dinner at the (now demolished) Palmer House Hotel, where we stayed. Guess what these agents gave us for our anniversary? Six silver Palmer House butter dishes beautifully gift wrapped that they had each lifted one from our dinner service, and were overjoyed that they got away with it!

I agree with you about the excessive trim work. The joke is, that these new home owners have NO IDEA all the work that is involved in keeping this trim grime and dust free. Hell, I don't even want hand hewn beams or any other trim that is above waist level! Imagine just the dog & cat dander that collects on all this trim!

To the poster who judges and disagrees with me in my opinion that sweet Haleigh Cummings died a brutal and violent death at the hands of a pedophile, AND/OR a beating, perpetrated by RC or one or more of HIS buddies,(what other reason could there be for covering up for RC if he wasn't involved?); and that PCLE was either involved or helped him cover it up for their OWN corrupt reasons; it's okay if you disagree and mark me as clueless and incendiary. So are you. However, I AM sitting here wide awake. Are you sure you are?

I'm not being critical of you for your personal views. I don't have x-ray eyes and neither do you. Also, I respect your opinions, I realize that others are entitled to think whatever they think; it's just that to ME, nothing else makes sense when one looks at all the lies, trickery, deceit, disposal of evidence and massive cover up that transpired beginning with the private call to a private individual made from Rons' MH at 2:13 a.m. to a SO employee at their private line;

EVEN being made aware that Officer Bridgett Dixon WENT to RC's mobile home at that time to question Haleighs' disappearance; how could ANYONE think differently?. But even before we learned from a statement made by Lt. Johnny Greenwood of the PCSO, that the 3:27 a.m. call made by Misty was a hoaxed up call from which not ONE word could be believed since Haleigh had ALREADY been reported missing at 2:13 a.m., I had already started to believe Haleighs' death was a massive cover up.

I don't know how anyone could sit, look, read and listen to all the lies and evidence that was ignored,(including statements of Haleighs' PRIOR sexual and physical abuse) without coming to the same conclusion. But that's your right, think whatever you like. I'm not going to dispute with you.

Eye,
Well, sweeping up the salt wasn't too bad except for high traffic areas and that's going to take a lot of sweeping.LOL I did get 2 small trees up and my outside Christmas flag is flying so Santa will know where I live.
You were posting about agents stealing, they can't be as bad as the construction subs. Hubby and son can't lay down a piece of cheese, go in another room, come back it's gone.
They've had soo many ladders, generators, stolen. Now, they just pack all that stuff on the truck, but hubby had to add an extension to back.
Remember the 90's when life was soo good and the living was easy. Hubby worked 10 years on one road. There were back to back subdivisions. OH, the good old days.

Thank you for your thoughts and wishes for me and my family. My husfband did go back into the hospital last wk. & he did have to have a bk amputation as he got another infection and there was too much bone exposed and there was a risk of him getting an infection in his bones and possible losing more of his leg or his life. Please, don't feel sorry for us as he is finally out of pain and came home after just four days in the hospital. They said he is superman and he gets around so well on his crutches as he's been on them for 8 mos. and he has a great attitude. Our kids are completely fine with everything as they now see their dad out of pain. My husband is doing very well.
We have all of our décor up and got the tree & had it decorated for him when he got home. We did leave some bulbs for him to put on.
It is snowing and it's very pretty. We're suppose to get around 6 inches. My children are excited as I am taking my two youngest to see Santa in a bit and then my son snowboarding.
I will try and read more of your post later. As far as appliances, it's a shame they sell us junk anymore. I finally got my dishwasher fixed yest. after 8 mos. & they ordered a part for my fridge. We've been using the one in our garage for the last month as we had the darn thing repaired several times and it kept breaking. I didn't have time to deal with it, but now all will be up and working.
Annie, Vic, Karma, KG & all, thanks again for your thoughts & wishes. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and the Best New Year Ever! I know I'm so looking forward to putting 2013 behind us and bringing on a much better year "2014."

Hello Sami,

I am so very sorry to hear about your hubby. I think about you and the many health issues that were going on with your hubby. I am glad to hear he is no longer in pain and pray that he will just continue to get better from here. Bless his heart and yours for being the fabulous wife/mother you have been!! Love that you are so positive after all you and your family have been through. I really hope you have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year too!!

Speaking of the snow you guys have gotten, sounds like we have very similar weather b/c there was a cpl days/nights we were expecting six inches as well. I finally gave up on the shoveling (sometimes 3x a day), and got a snowblower!! Love the snow but def not the ice and sliding on the roads! We are having a heatwave right now! I think it actually got into the 50's today! Whewhoo!! Lol.
