You said no one seems to be searching too hard ...If you ask me, they never did from the get go, or else everyone's home in the Croslin clan would have been searched . The family is so screwed up when it comes to morals, or a lick of common sence but slick as an eel when it comes to crime, and cover ups!. Sad bunch, for sure.
The only way if ever theis case be solved it will be by someone w/ no connections.

I agree. And why haven't they?? Do they think that it is a hopeless case, and no evidence left to move ahead with? Evidently.

There was plenty of evidence against Ronald Cummings right from the beginning; to charge, arrest and prosecute him for his daughter's murder; and against Teresa Neves for participating in the disposal of Haleigh's body and other evidence, and the cover up; AND all those involved with them, and THIS is what LE is hiding and will continue too 'til hell freezes over. Don't EVER expect any Sunshine Laws to open up.
You ask why would LE do this? Did it ever occur to anyone that they have PLENTY to hide in cahoots with Ronald Cummings and THAT it NOT drug trafficing; THAT is the production of video child molestation/rape and trafficing in kiddie porn, and THAT includes higherups much higher than the little local pigs, some of who, themselves, were involved. Haleigh had already exhibited numerous signs of violence and sex abuse, and THIS is very likely how sweet Haleigh met her brutal death. Therein lies the LE cover up as to why LE hid all the dirt and WILL until the end of time.
Only God himself will reveal and punish them in hell on that great and awful day of judgement.

That's possible, but I am not quite convinced that a whole police department would be involved, and that by now SOMEONE would not have 'spilled the beans'. It's been such a long time since Haleigh 'went missing', so I forget many details. But you say there was PLENTY of evidence? I seem to remember that what scanty findings they did collect, that they were not done properly by the techs and that much had to be tossed. But this was scrapings of whatever they could find in that house trailer, although even what they tried to get may or may not have had anything to do with the crime.

Kind of like with O.J. Simpson, they were finally able to throw Ron in the clinker for other side crimes; at least he is put away for awhile. As far as all the other family members and acquaintances, yes, they were ALL lower than a snake's belly. But as I remembered it, there was still nothing absolutely concrete that would have helped LE to organize a crime against them. Authorities can't just toss everyone in prison and throw away the key - we are now not living in the wild west back in the mid 1800's.I wonder if Ron's weird girlfriend (Misty") is still incarcerated because of her participation in Ron's little drug ring? That too, was a positive, to get her off of the streets.

Isabella, no offense meant, but it seems there is an awful lot you either don't know about this case or seem to have forgotten. I haven't. I've been trailing this case since the day it happened. Oh well, not going to rehash or belabour it again. It's useless. Nothing will ever get resolved anyway. Justice for Haleigh is doomed until the judgement day.

BTW, I did NOT say that all of the local LE were involved; but I'll guarantee you one thing, those who WERE involved know who they are and those who suspect they knowbut are keeping quiet, are quivering in their shoes and would never risk their own careers or possibly even their lives. You honestly don't think those in higher up positions who are likely involved themselves would ever talk, do you?

Believe it (or not) the dirt in this case is VERY well covered up and evidence disposed of. Too bad you aren't familiar with the whole case. Anyone who DOES know what went on there will never EVER talk, including all those who deliberately ignored evidence and disposed of other evidence; they would die and go to hell before they would implicate themselves or anyone else. It nmakes my blood boil jut thinking about it. Sweet Haleigh.

When you have a PD that runs over and kills a person, wrecks numerous patrol cars (not in a pursuit but just driving the darn patrol cars), outlaws in and out of jail in numbers, a felon that is a bail bondsman, one can only scratch head and think what the hello has been allowed to go on in that small town. I do prefer bungling it,on purpose,in my opinion.The Cummings and Croslins both put together aren't smart or witty enough to hide and cover all this crap up.It had to be something bad,real bad.Poor little Haliegh,she was the brunt of all thier evil and wickedness,and she payed with her life.Bless her heart,she wasn't old enough to know any better than to go along with whatever position she was put into.

Hope everyone is well and staying warm. Thinking of little Haleigh this morning, also all the other missing, abused, tormented and murdered little ones, many of them at the hands of their drug and/or porn addicted parents and their friends or relatives. Many women and teenagers too, living lives of utter torment by their own families; sick & elderly who can't make ends meet,(some of them being abused too) going hungry and without medical care, treatments or their meds; and now so many others too, with no heat and little food, if any.
Sometimes it all bothers me so much when I read about them that I have to leave it and click on photos of beautiful birds, kittens, puppies and other playful animals; anything to take my mind off it. Still, I think I will be sad forever and with a heart of sorrow, knowing all the insane murder, madness and evil going on in so many helpless lives all over this world and none to hear their cries of pain or help them. Then one day Jesus says "it's enough" and takes them out of here. For that I am eternally grateful.
Still concerned about some here who haven't been around in quite a while.
Catch up with you all later. Got lots to do today, company coming in for a few days, shopping to do, etc.,(and don't feel like doing much of any of it); AND BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE!
