most likely she is referring to her as her "daugher', because she took care of her and the dad is the b/f. It's more than there can be said about the mother that was god knows in GA or somewhere, leaving her kids behind with a father that is working a lot ....and his g/f that is still actually a child herself. No help from the Anthony clan. They have so much experience with kidnapped children.......I am not trying to be mean, but my daughter was taken by her Dad when she was 5. My daughter is grown now. My daughter was gone for almost 5 months. Let me tell you, you act hysterical! Nothing like Casey acts. I feel sorry for this Dad. I feel strongly he has nothing to do with this at all. The grandmother stated, that the child would not leave without knowing the person. The child is obviously intelligent, so it would not make sense that she would not advise someone in the house (the girlfriend) that she was going out. She has allergies too. Hope the police are really checking the girlfriend? I don't understand how you would get inside and not be heard. Only in Florida would you find 44 sexual predators in the small area. Why in the world do you people who know NOTHING, and if you do please tell the police, about this case and others like them, get into such a pissing match on a blog? You guess about all the things that happened, could have happened, will happen, when none of us know. We should all be praying for another innocent child who if found at all, will probably be dead because the world and the people in it have gone crazy. I think it is one person trying to outdo the one before them and all I have to say is please find a way to appease yourself w/o killing innocent children. Pick on someone your own size so maybe your victim will have a fighting chance.

Please, please, LE look within a 2 block radius of this house! This is all too reminiscent of the case in Homasassa Springs where that poor little Jessica Lunsford was found within a block of where she was taken and law enforcement even talked to the scumbags who lived there! Get search warrants in a 2 to 3 block radius and search every house top to bottom (there are not that many houses in this town). One little 5 year old girl is at stake here and time is of the utmost importance. I think most people in this bucolic town who are not hiding the girl or God forbid her remains would welcome it. I have two daughters and I am with the father, God help the sons a bitches that took her because if I found them first there would not be a trial! I pray for this family.

She didn't "wait till the Dad got home" to call. She had been sleeping and "woke up" just before 3 a.m..(so she says.)
And goo relationship with no custody problems? How can you be so sure? Why did Dad have them and had a 17 yr. old gf? Sounds like he just had the upper hand is all.
I wonder if the gf /sitter had even been home the entire time. No forced entry? Back door propped open? Things just don't ad up to me.

Really? If you read or watch a little more about the case, the Mother and Father of the 2 children had a custody battle and the Father was determined to be the "better parent" and could provide for the 2 children better in the courts eyes. Now, I don't know the reasons behind the decision but it was made by the courts. If the Mother was to go against this she would be sitting in jail. She gets custody every other weekend.

But, yes 17 still a child and should be at home not your boyfriends home. Father was working (providing) maybe the 17 yr old was also considered as a "babysitter" as well, but the fact that she is a girlfriend as well she is underage for a 25 yr old.

But, that is not the real issue right now, it is that a 5 yr old little girl is missing and everyone involved should be looked into very hard whenever something like this happens.

Father, Mother, Girlfriend, people in the area etc... everyone....

I hope they find her safe and soon.

Why so quick to blame the Mother? Some judges and lawyers don't always do the right thing. Maybe the Dad has more legal power and money than the Mother. Maybe he had them because he could financialy support them . Or told a better story to the judge. Until you know I don't see where you can pass judgement.

I'm open and I can see your point. Why doesn't the bio mother have the children? Good point also about maybe the 17 not being home the entire time. I do feel he should probably have an older girlfriend. I am suspicious more of the 17 yr old. I think the Dad is innocent in this.

If Melinda Duckett wasn't guilty - she would not have committed suicide. Her family needs to accept that and quit blaming nancy grace for what Melinda did. She was guilty - that is why she did it.
Now, I can just see Casey Anthony - she's going to blame Caylee's murder on whoever took Haleigh. Jose Baez is as big a loser as Casey Anthony. They both should have been drowned at birth.
