Weiker's home is in foreclosure with no way to use company funds to pay off his attorney fees, or to save his home.

Casualty of the home crisis, or just Weiker unwilling to pay his bills, as usual?

Wish we could be there for the fall out, as the wifey goes bonkers on her man and their boys and calls them every dirty, sinful, curse word known to man, as she has the mouth of a sailor when she is angry and off her medication.

Wonder if the surety company will retract their bond, as Weiker's used his home to collaterialize his 200K bail.

Won't that be grand? If the bail bond was retracted and Weiker was picked up and put in jail? He might have to spend the rest of time he uses the courts to delay his trial in jail.

If he was sitting in a jail cell, then he would stop playing games with the courts and want a trial to happen quickly.

It would be immensely satisfying to see Weiker lose the family home and the security he needs for the bail bond. Over 600 people would be laughing all the way to the bar! At the very least, it should give us some indication of whether he has hidden away some of his ill-gotten gains when these new bills get mysteriously paid off like the last?

What is happening with "David (Dave) Weiker" of the now defunct real estate firm, Platinum Properties. David Weiker has been thrown out of the Dream Center in Sanford (2010) which he nearly put out of business with his fraudulent behavior and has now started a new a different ministry..."Restoring Humanity" His name is spelled incorrectly on the Florida Department of Corporations and one can't help but wonder if it was intentional...He is out scamming churches now. Thought you should know.

Currently Weiker is sitting at Lake Country Jail, awaiting his sentence for defrauding over 500 people out of 24 million. A jury of 6 convicted him on 30 counts of fraud on Wednesday, October 3rd, and he was promptly escorted to jail. Judge said he will go to prison and his sentence will be determined by the victim letters he receives about how this fraudster has destroyed their dreams and lives. You can contact the Florida Department of Law enforcement if you would like to submit a victim letter.
Weiker played the court system very well since his arrest on fraud charges in Feb. 2008 - he managed to stay out of jail all this time. He never felt like he did anything wrong. Had his family convinced he was righteous in using other people money, and has even shown his son's how to game the system and perhaps become a grifter and take from others what is not due to them.
He was the worst kind of fraudster, using God and quoting scriptures to get people to believe that he was doing them all a favor by taking their money.
To late now Dave, to try to change your ways, once a grifter always a grifter. Good Riddens, and hopefully, you will never come out of prison to continue your operations of deceit on anyone else again.

This is great news. I have been following this case since he was arrested in 2008. He has made a career of stealing peoples money. I was defrauded by this POS in Michigan in 1986. Even sued him and won. Never collected a nickel. I didn't lose as much as some of his victims in Florida, and have since recovered financially. Even though his victims will probably never see any money back, it is gratifying to know that he finally was brought to justice. I just hope that he gets at least 20 years so that he will never be able to do this to anybody again.

Seriously, what is wrong with you that all you do is BUMP posts for bonus points. Hopefully, your points will add up so you can get a can of Febreeze to cover the dogs' farts, your farts and your husband's farts (as if he is ever home long enough to fart).
