Why is this girl in jail? She has not been found guilty of ANYTHING,,,only SUSPECTED!!! When and when Casey is found not guilty I hope the State of Florida pays her for all the time Casey was in jail for ... Casey has already lost about a half a YEAR of her life for nothing except media bias and induindo of the general public...sorry for the rant but this needs to be fixed,imho

She's in jail because she has been charged with a crime! You don't have to be found guilty before you're held in jail, only charged. There is NOTHING that needs to be fixed about it, she's not being treated any different than any one else charged with a crime and held without bail, or charged with a crime and can't afford the bail. Casey is thinking of herself enough without you needing to stress yourself out about it! If you hadn't noticed she manages to smile just fine even in her current situation, even though she's lost a child, still she can smile. So really you don't need to worry about her and she's NOT the vic in this situation anyway.

Reverand have you followed the case? this woman "goggled" on her computer toxic household chemicals to hurt people, cholroform, she even downloaded a tv show a month before caylee was missing about a nanny kidnapping a little girl??!
that is premidated, she was plotting and planning this along sir, nothing was left to chance, she lied to the detectives constantly and her parents and while her daughter was missing she went nighclubbing, drinking and shopping for clothes, are you are father reverend because if you are you understand NO parent would act like that when there child was missing NO parent except for her!

she is guility reverend that is factual, her own father has discovered it and had a complete nervous breakdown, and it wont be long i fear before the mother gets sick, she has destroyed her family. as a man of God reverend caylee is in a much better place now and i dont know if there IS a hell but if there is casey anderson should join hitler, ted bundy, and the 9-11 terroists there. she is a hateful vicious vile diabolical cold blooded killer, and she still thinks she is going to walk?! NO WAY! she will pay, i know God forgives but this is a transgression against everything holy in the world!

Your points are well taking Jasi and I could go on and on with all thats wrong with your view point in this matter, but anyone could have done those searches on that computer and those searches could have been names of rock and roll bands or movies or anything else for that matter.

This whole case reeks of drug dealing -mafia type payback...I have dealt with many victims over the years in cases all to similar to this one . I have reason to believe that Casey owed alot of money to a drug dealer/ loan shark and she has been protecting her family from any further retrobutions and I dont believe Casey knew Caylees demise until they found her remains just a quarter mile from her very own house.

When you get a chance ,look at the pictures of Casey with Caylee....really look at them.... There is no doubt that Casey loved that child with all her heart...

Half a year is nothing compared to the entire life that was stolen from Caylee!
The only thing that needs fixing is KC....and it's about 4 yrs too late!

first: she is in jail because she is charged with a capital crime MURDER
second: she wasn't and hadn't worked in a long time,unless you call stealing working.
third: she shows no emotion at all about her deceased daughter or the fact that her actions have driven her father to contemplate suicide,

The surveillance tape of cashing Amy's Checks and
smiling.
The shopping spree at Target.

While there is much that needs to come out yet in a trial, the Sunshine Laws has allowed information to come forth that paints a picture of a EXTREMELY SELFISH YOUNG LADY, and that is putting it mildly.
