Awesome win tonight! Who cares if the national media isn't giving us respect. We know we are 21-6, and we know we are for real. And so do all the other teams in the NBA.

No, no, No!
We all enjoyed LMAO's absence when JJ got playing time and stunk the place up. Mostly because LMAO is so obnoxious.

He's already had to back off his earlier statements about the Magic, and now has reset the goalposts to our winning a championship. You just know that if we win a championship, he'll say that we're nothing unless we win many more...

People such as LMAO remind me of ER's quotation about how no one can make you feel inferior unless you let them.

Everyone should feel free to question LMAO's basketball knowledge. Moreover his judgment on just about everything could use a nice panning.

BUT, just because LMAO is reduced to making personal attacks doesn't make it OK to bring in this level of vituperation.

Please, let's enjoy this huge win w/o sinking to the level of the few remaining trolls we have around here.

Speaking of, I can't wait to hear what "joe" has to say about tonight's game. Or Nostradamus, who keeps that old fraud's losing streak alive.

Magic did very well tonight. Jameer played like an all-star and Bogans played excellent defense against Kobe.

I already asked him for his work history in basketball. Surpringly he never responded to the thread after I asked.

So LMAO, where have you worked?

Well Well...Great win. Now the fun begins!!! I really don't care if the national media think the Magic are for real. We fans know the deal. I see SVG has expanded from his early 8 man rotation and is developing his bench. WOW is it deep!! Could be better if we still had Ariza, but hey soon Vasquez will be here and many a championships we will win. Plus Lebron will be here in 2010. Great job Otis!!

I firmly believe that one of the reasons the Magic fail to get much respect nationally is because alot of the sports writers read what Brian Schmitz writes about them. I'm not trying to say the guy needs to be a homer, but damn he also doesn't have to be so negitive either. I live in Virginia now after living in Orlando for almost 20yrs. so I don't get to see all the games, so I check the Sentinel on-line to get most of my news following games. But when I read something that Brian writes it alway that "The Magic just got by" or "The Magic hold on." Then I come on here and find out the real news. If you check out ESPN, theres always a quote from Brian Schmitz. So why not do everyone a favor and just don't write anything at all if you can't write anything positive. Go Magic!!!

The Magic will have to have a big post season to get real respect nationally. But who cares, we know what we have and I think we can compete with anyone in a 7 game series. We are definately on the winning track.

Fun game to be at - grrat second half Magic. Also was wondering if anyone in this group saw the idiot in the white pick-up truck fly out of his parking space while tearing the car next to him in pieces. He kept going and I believe a few of us got his license # as he flew out of the lot from the south entrance. He easily could have killed someone let alone some poor fan getting tremendous damage to their car.

Man, I had to walk 3 miles in the snow up some massive hills to catch the 4th qtr (Suv stuck and taxi service refused to bring me up that massive hill .. lol) It was well worth it though. The thing that I liked the most was if you look at the box score, all the reserves (except JJ) played some good minutes. That is what was missing last year and it hurt us in the playoffs (not having a deep bench) Another great win and who cares what the National Media thinks. The Magic will continue to win, gain confidence and gell together as a team making them a force Boston wishes they don't have to reackon with in the playoffs.

What an amazing couple of days for the Magic - first the Spurs then the Lakers. Goes to show that the Magic are FOR REAL this year!

I really thought the game was going to be lost. The refs took control of the game and let the Lakers be the bullies. Technicals called left and right. K. Bryant traveling and doing the Michael Jordan impersonation, Fisher/Gasol & Odom doing some acting to get calls on their favors.
I enjoyed Howard making those FTs at the end and see Ariza play. I really liked Ariza's game with the Magic.
Overall, I am glad the game was won.

Wow! Big back to back wins. The Magic proved last year they were tough to beat on the road but now if they can continue to defend their house they look to bigger things. We are showing we are a tough out even with foul trouble and injuries. The balance and strength of our bench is beginning to show. 22 points 12 rebounds and strong defensive effort. The Magic are starting to get several 24 second clock violations every game and some are coming during the critical final minutes. Now lets see how we stack up against the Cavs, who are much better than last year. Getting a good PG has tremendously helped them. Jameer a go to guy who would have thought it. Most of us had him pegged as a very good back up. And lets not forget he is doing his damage against the best teams in the West not just the clunkers. I tip my hat to him, great play.

How far can this Magic team go. Someone asked me earlier if they could win 60 this year. I did not think so because of lack of bench strength. Since then two things have happened. We knew Battie was solid but Gortat filling in has been fantastic. He is not only holding down the fort but is contributing strongly especially blocking shots, taking charges, scoring and rebounding. The second player to step up has been Courtney Lee. Not only has he had some great nights but he has been giving consistent effort. He has put up points every game but you can see he is also filling in nicely defensively. The team defense this year is much better than last year. They have shut down the other team several games now in the final minutes. We now know going into the final two minutes of any game we have a solid chance of winning.

Finally, you can see this team beginning to have that we can beat anyone, anytime, anywhere attitude that Championship teams need to develop. You can see it, Jameer really has gotten it and so has Howard, Lewis and the rest. The idiots still writing 1st or 2nd round only, are blind to this development. You can see it in their demeanor, Howard wanting the ball and going to the line in the final minute of a big game, Jameer taking over when things looked bad in the third and Lewis gutting out some key rebounds. Its coming along just fine. Love to watch a team develop championship type mentality. Oh and if they blow Goldent State off the map Monday night, you know they finally got it.
