Middle School Language Arts Teacher (fired after 3 days at school) Middle School Language Arts Teacher (conveniently left for personal reasons after middle school administration put him on notice classroom management was terrible) Primary 5th Grade (pulling up kids underwear repeatdly and threatening to cut their genitals off - put on probation and left over summer) Primary 6th Grade (teaching style was to shout and storm out of room like a drama queen rather than deal with his class - removed from his class the last 3 weeks of school and left over summer) Other angry teachers: Primary 5th (Constant complaining got her title of Ms. Whiner among admin and was called out for negativity, upsetting her fragile husband - the likely writer of above post - stayed two years but still complaining) Middle School geography - reprimanded for scratching his genitals repeatedly after girls in his class complained to parents, running after and yelling at his students after school one day in front of parents, among a variety of other things - now scratching himself at another school in Columbia) The amazing thing here is that people who are attemting to call themselves teachers are so bitter over their past failures that 1-2 years later they go on and on about it instead of working on their flaws and moving on. They went as far as to create this supposed profile record straight refers to to slander someone who was charged by the schoolīs director with dealing with their unprofessional and often lewd and disturbed behavior. The school was a complete circus with these folks there. Now that they are gone, and CC is back, the parents and much of the admin. are saying that this, thus far, is the best year in school history. Notably, CC hired all current staff, and they are actual professionals. There have been no incidents of dishonesty, disregard for school policy, invasion of studentsīpersonal space, lewd behavior, or constant whining with the new, fresh and qualified faculty. The ones complaining still here in this post after working with and getting pissed at CC 1-2 years ago were all clearly much less so, and continue to be. One could easily affix their names to this posting identifying them personally as they are doing in their own smear efforts, but some people still do maintain a degree of dignity and professionalism even when friends or colleagues of theirs are smeared for doing their job well. |

The school had to find 2 teachers in a week - which CC was able to do, since he happens to be fairly good at hiring people (hence the excellent current staff). But in breaking their contract with 2 months left in the year because they allegedly could not manage their money situation (going to the beach every 2 weeks, and having a maid come to their huge house 3 times a week to clean and cook for them, in the wealthiest area of the city) must have been quite taxing on their finances)they created major headaches for the school, parents and students. They were simply informed that if they did not pay their debts to the school (they took significant Easter pay/bonuses and then sent their resignations in during the week of Easter) they wouldbe reported to the authorities and there may be conequences if tehy tried to come back to work in Mexico. Simple as that. CC just called people out for being the absolute imbeciles and terrible role models theyr were. People are still smarting. As said many times, get over. The school is far better for you being gone, you are certainly far happier despite your sour grapes not being here with so many real professionals who would overshadow your poor work, and things are on track. So leave it be and get back to worrying about your own lives not trying to derail others who are doing well. |

no matter what the history of this particular person is (CC= fact/fiction,) people don't like him and it's creating friction in the work place. it comes down to personality and teaching experience (in this case, lack of.) it's a tough situation and i think this school year will become another mess. |

Hmmm...never heard being principal was a popularity contest. Knowing CC, he is less concerned about whether teachers like him than whether the school is running well, students are learning, things are improving, and parents see the changes. It is sometimes hard to see the forest through the trees, but the changes CC has implemented are making a difference. And as for teaching experience, as far as I understand CC has more than than the average teacher at our school. So, again, fact check please. So far, and we are now finishing the first half of the year, things are better than ever, CC or no CC, though I would imagine some of his work plays a part in the success (he hired us all didnīt he? he got us monthly stipends, didnīt he? he got housing improved and the rent amount increased, didnīt he? some thanks some people give...) By the way, professional grooming and atire are part of the teacherīs dress code. So letting a guy go because he refused to groom his hair is not out of the question either. This isnīt NYC or Burbank.(Again, something a lot of bitter teachers seems to forget...why did you come here if you want a place that operates like the USA?) |
