EE: Because she’s been living in a false reality for years?
JG: Correct. So I don’t think it’s that far out of the spectrum. I think, I think if something happened to Caylee, her one toe that she’s had in reality for the last couple years, her one foot would be gone and she would be completely in her own separate world. And I think, uh, that’s because Casey directly has some issued that mentally she’s never gotten taken, taken care of. So I, I do believe something accidentally happen to Caylee, which I believe is a what if scenario that could have happened. Uhm, choke on a piece of dog food, eat a rock. Slip coming out of the pool together. Uhm, you know, just fall off of something that she’s climbing too high. She’s, Caylee was a rambunctious little kid. She liked to climb. She liked to run around. She liked to do things. You know what three year old doesn’t.

So what's this about a "false realty" that Jesse states Casey has been living under, even before Caylee went missing?

IMO partly it has to do with WHO is Caylee's father. Casey was forced into a "false reality" partially because of fraudulent DNA paternity test results.

Purely my speculation..........but IMO it's highly possible.

Was the DNA paternity test from 2008 that Jessica provided LE and was waiving around during various talk shows a "mail order" test?

Did LE ever validate it's authenticity? Seems the answer is No.

So why was it rumoured the defence wanted Jessica's DNA, if indeed it was already accurately recorded on the DNA parentage test?

Either or both????
I had never seen that article. They never really investigated him that we've seen. Thre ar so many unanswered questons where he is concerned, IMO.

I don't know.

But I did notice in the discovery docs the testing results were returned by fax and only page 2 of 2 was turned over to LE. Page 1 of 2 is missing (the cover letter), which likely would contain details of who specifically ordered and paid for the test, along with the receipt or origin of the DNA.

I also noticed the date of the report is NOT two months or so after Caylee was born, as the Grunds have claimed. It is August 18th. Why they'd appear to be skewing with the timing of the DNA test alone raises question marks IMO.

Sorry about the typos. My keyboard isn't working right. Half of my letters aren't striking right. The other half of the typos are because I'm tired. lol

This is the only thread on topix that one person talks to all it's made up friends. This is hilarious on here, this is all one person talking to it's hats. Even gives itself judge it's.

A regular Topix Ventriloquist. OMG this is funny and pretty pathetic. All the hats are stuck in Jesse mode.

tony pipitone investigated him to the extent of getting his personnel records from o.p.d.

wonder what made tony p. think to go after jesse's work records?

i don't think he went after any of the other players.

i don't think caylee's own dna was validated.

the fbi relied on a toothbrush shared by casey and caylee. Q18.

that might be fine for exclusionary purposes - but not to identify someone.

thankfully casey kept caylee's umbilical cord which will confirm whether the parentage test is accurate or not.

I'm so glad Pipitone did that too. It explained so much of his behavior. It explained why I was feeling that he had control issues and explained to me the stalking behavior.

That's weird about the date is was done. I'm almost certain that it was a mail order test. I will have to check the yuku group, but I think that was discussed. Had it been done by the hospital, I don't think anyone would have qustioned the results.

Most interesting!

I can't help but ponder about what a horrible and awkward situation a 19 yr old who didn't have intimate relations with any other person than one would be in .......if that one person waved around a DNA parentage test stating he was not the father.......then when people naturally ask who the father is, including her family and close friends, well, what's she going to say?

Make up stories?

Be vague?

Pick some names of men who have died?

All three of the above??

i wonder why jesse didn't bother to tell casey's parents that casey only had "one toe in reality" -- if it is something he knew.

it begs the question; who was shaping her alternate reality that cindy and george didn't know about?
