My elderly parents receive cash benefits from state & federal, they live with me & I pay for everything, the money they receive - is it taxable, I file as head of household.

I dont think social security income is taxed. You can claim them as dependants if they live with you. However, where is their income going if you pay all expenses?

A decade ago I sold my house short and had to pay tax on the difference between the selling price and the mortgage balance. Recent changes now excludes this tax. Is this a fair system or what?

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( http://goo.gl/44kQUQ ) too my friends and family.

Try paying cash and paying off credit cards at the end of the month and never owing more than a few hundred to anybody.
