Had I known this has happened to several other people. I would've never purchased a mattress from Darvin. Please read below!

I’ve been a patron of Darvin Furniture for nearly two decades. I’ve basically decorated my entire home with their furnishings. Therefore, it clearly disturbs me to the core, the back/forth treatment, I’ve received regarding a king size Serta mattress (still under warranty) I purchased. The box-springs Darvin sold me were defective, which destroyed my uber expensive mattress, as stated by an outsource inspection company named Premier Inspections; located in Naperville. Instead of replacing the mattress, Darvin would only replace the box-springs, which looked brand new. Clearly, this makes no sense due to the fact…I still have the same utterly damaged mattress. It has not corrected itself. Not to mention, WHY WONT YOU GIVE ME A COPY OF THE REPORT, DARVIN? You send an outsource inspection company to my home to document their findings. Yet you won’t give me a copy of the report; which I have a right to receive. I’ve spoken to the inspection company and they told me it is protocol for you to issue a copy of the report, to your patrons. I call you, you read me off tidbits of the report. Then you tell me, you have no hard-copy to fax me, nor e-mail access to forward the report from your system. Oh…please! It is sickening and ridiculous, how this matter is being handle. Not to mention, quite childish!

Amen to that! I can't believe how poorly...we were treated. We went back/forth with this for over 60-days.
