The guy going around Utica asking to by formula

[just wondering]

twice this guy stopped me, named Dwayne he is going around asking where he can get free formula for his baby. Does not want money just wants you to buy formula for him. Gives the same excuse his food stamp card does not work...he was at the drs office asking and they were giving samples but he would not take it... what is his deal?

He wants you to by him formula so he can sell it to these Arab stores so he can buy what ever he needs to feed his habit.

last i knew food stamps does not cover formula- they get WIC for that. Baby formula is something he can sell on the streets to get money. You supply him with free formula- he turns around and sells it for 10-15 dollars. Don't give these people anything. If he really needed it, there are many places he can get it, such as: WIC, compassion Coalition, food bank, Well child clinic, etc. it's a scam.

they use the fourmula to make some kind of drug, can't remember what.. I know they keep it locked up at pricechopper because of that reason.... where abouts was he askin for free fourmula

Food stamps Does buy formula, whether powder or liquid..all he has to do is go to county bldg. for replacement card, takes like 20 min's. So i hope no one is bowing down to his request. the powder formula is used to make the drug. why stores like price chopper lock it up.

Oh i did not know. Well that soy formula is plentiful over at wal-mart in N. Utica.

you know I told him what about WIC and he was like they have not transferred my file from the city... Last i knew you had to reapply anyway. He should get it the same day..

He's usualy at the east Utica hannafords, I just can't say NO to him because in the back of my mind I'm thinking maybe he does have a starving baby. If he's using it for drugs so be it. I just feel in the back if my mind I possibly helped a poor baby.

County Building is closer so no reason to feel bad. As somebody already stated there are plenty of places to go for help obviously he doesnt have a baby so he cant go there instead he just begs and gets what he wants.
