Firstline Pyramid Collapses in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

For the past two weeks, current and former employees of Firstline Security have been leaving comments that Firstline filed for bankruptcy, but I couldn't find any official confirmation of it. via Odd time signatures

I did write the above. My actions show it. Look at the ADT notes, the Alarm.com and the GE issues. I did say the above in my careless actions and in my lame way of management. I have left a mess for Pinnacle to clean up and I am watching John struggle with the day to day.... Well with my time at Firstline coming to an end, I wont get to sit and watch this mess, but wait for what I left for them after I am gone... I left a few presents of my own and likely it will be someone else cleaning up after me.

It's pretty intense. Apparently a merger was about to happen around the same time as the bankruptcy, but it didn't happen now Firstline wants $450 million from Pinnacle. Sweet!

It really sounds to me like Wright and Trevor just got the butt end of the deal. I have a hard time believing that they would take advantage of others like that. This looks like a smart new launch.

I've been involved in Elevate for about a month now. It actually looks like our service does upgrade several people and save them money (I've had sales I could have made that wouldn't save people money, and I refused to close them). I met Wright today, incidentally, and he showed us some pretty cool stuff. He's an inspirational speaker (all salesmen should be *snicker*), and our summer program, while brutal toward the reps (door knocking is rough, man), seems to be building some of us some character. That said, I liked Wright. He's very likeable. This summer will definitely confirm or deny the truth of what he said to me.

ELEVATE...wow. they haven't paid me in 2 months. i was doing lots of sales for them and so were my guys that i hired with them. i never heard trevors name in that stuff but wright i saw on occasion. they were reselling products often for resellers themselves. i'm currently owed 5-6 thousand. they owe all their employees not just me and i'm one of the higher up managers. they "firstlined" us again. i hate those guys and wish the worst hell upon them. i was shafted by them in firstline and again with elevated. all together they owe me over 10k in work i've done. i don't know why these guys aren't in jail. any firstline employees out there ever get paid on backend? prob not. oh well FML!

Elevate, Firstline... does it matter the name? Its the same story with a different title. At least when we worked for Firstline, they pretended to care about the employees. I will NEVER recruit another person to work for these crooks. They are perhaps the best salesmen I have ever met. Hell, they got me to give up 3 summers and many months without pay. Once you see through the smoke and mirrors, your realize most things they say are lies just to get you to stick around a little bit longer. Afterall, you are the one who is going out getting business for them everyday and putting food on their families' table, while you are starving because they refuse to pay you. Or if they do pay you, your check bounces. WOW! pretty pathetic, huh?

My personal favorite part? If you question anything ex: "Hey any reason in particular my check wont go through at the bank?" Your response from Wright is that is it a funding issue (everything always is... he never is at fault for anything) or a mix up at the bank and you should try another branch. Seriously? No wright, the check bounced because you wont put enough money in the payroll account to pay the employees. Then you get a lecture about how you need to be loyal and stick through it, Just go to work and put your head down. Why would I work another second of my life for someone who wont pay me? Hmmm... my advice to you.....NEVER WORK FOR THIS MAN!

Signed up with Elevate for phone service what a scam. Never able to get a dial tone. They have you sign a 2 year contract this information is burried in thier TOS, but the salesmen never tell you just skip over that part. And a $200 cancelation fee. The reason for this is the service is so crappy they need the cancelation fee to make money. when you can't make a phone call or get anybody live on the phone to rectify the problem
