I just viewed the above website concerning Allentown's serial killer/rapist Harvey Robinson's horrendous crimes.How awful for the surviving victim's who must witness this monster again in headlines, tv news reports and conversations.When will true justice ever be served ?He was found guilty and sentenced to die 15 years ago!

Harvey Robinson is now a waste of taxpayers money at app.$55,000 per year to allow him to live-his victims do not have that benefit.

God Bless the victims and their families who must continue to re-live this monster's actions.

Here's another "He's such a cold-blooded killer he has to have impaired 'cognitive functioning'" defense.
He used to cry racism--even though he looks like his (white) mother, he apparently identifies with his (black) father. And he attacked five white women, but only white women, on five separate occasions--but unlike the drunken brawl that's featured on the front page of today's paper, nobody is calling his attacks 'hate crimes".

Don Schenk: Addressing your issues....his only cognitive problem is fear of lethal injection. Something that's long overdue. But as each person involved was informed, he would (and has) spent 15 years appealing. We may not have been prepared for a life endured in his aftermath, but we are for this...no matter how appalling his religious blasphemy or his exploitation of the justice system. Generally the consensus is the sooner he finishes his temporary visit at Rockville, the better. In case you're not aware, Rockville is where PA executions take place.

Robinson is classified within the penal system as white, although in an apparent attempt to be considered favorably by as many cultures as possible, he classifies himself as "tri-racial". I learned this a few years ago when I read his pity-party story on a former website, dedicated to serving convicted murderers on death row and their sympathizing pen pals. Sickening, isn't it? Well, just another slap in the face to all who've already suffered too much. It's true, criminals have more "rights" than their victims.

He's also played the religion card to spare himself the outcome of becoming a victim of the general population, once they learned of his crimes. Since about 1994 he's considered himself a Muslim to establish religious isolation away from the GP. To my knowledge hasn't been seen publicly wearing a scull cap since 9/11. Care to guess why? If the citizens of this state are lucky, someone who is truly devout will enforce Allah's revenge upon him.

I lived near this Serial Killers father and as a kid he hung out with my brother. His eyes were very Evil, almost like 3D. Hard to explain.

Many of us know what you mean about his eyes. It IS very hard to explain. It affects you in your gut. Could we agree it's a look of someone who's soul is hell incarnate?

We lived on East Morton Street in Bethlehem this kid would visit his Dad from time to time, although he had a step brother there. He would spend quite of bit of time with my brother...all I can say is that I have never seen eyes like those ever before .

We should round up everyone on death row, drop them on an island somewhere in the middle of the ocean and let them fend for themselves. Fox could make a reality show out of it, they could film it from above in helicopters. Make sure there are plenty of wild animals on the island too. Survival of the fittest, let Nature take care of the problem. I think the show would be an instant hit.

I think we are on to something with the "Evil Eye" test. Let's line up all the pre-teens and give themn a good look in the eye. If our stomach gurgles as we lock eyes, then the kid is a proto-serial killer who needs to be sent right to death row or be handed over to the Serbs. Either that or we need a dose of Tums.

For all we know they have already been able to identify the 'serial killer gene' and will begin testing the unborn for it. Of course then we will have to contend with the pro-life crowd but that is another matter entirely.

Ahh, that is what we are missing here in America, good old vigilante justice. Just imagine if creeps like this wanted to stay in jail because if they were released something far worse would happen to them than anything that could in prison. If they knew people on the outside were just itching to get ahold of him so they could exact revenge on his sorry a$$ would they really want out? Problem is it becomes a vicious circle, he gets out, someone kills him, they go to jail, they get out, someone kills him, and on and on forever. I guess we would eventually run out of people willing to die for helping rid the world of scumbags.

I know you folks ALWAYS show up when notified. I'm really surprised you didn't know about this one, this time?! My guess is our people weren't aware of it soon enough or maybe our key people were on vacation when the word came down? Sooner or later you know they'll tell you why.

Thank you for your written view on Harvey Robinson. As a survivor of his vicious attack, I would like to explain why my family, friends, supporters, and I were not in the courtroom. Since Judge Steinberg has left the District Attorney's office, we have not been notified of his court appearances. We want to be in the courtroom so the Judges can see our faces and know how we feel about this emotionless and brutal killer. I am not sure what you meant when you stated the judge asked Harvey if he was okay. Hopefully, the judge was being facetious. I know many people that are not okay because of Harvey Robinson.

The rage he has left on my family is undeniable. My husband, mother, father, brother, sister, nephew, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends are hurt and angry. While, I had to personally go through the attack - I also suffered another ten years before I started an inward journey and healing process. Inside I knew if I stayed in hate and revenge Harvey Robinson would have killed the person I wanted to become. I could not let him kill me physically and afterwards I could not let him kill me spiritually. While I may have lost time after the attack I am definitely much better since the attack. In fact I am the best I have ever been. I know this is probably not true for Harvey's other unmentioned victims - the families and loved ones of his victims. May they find the peace they need. I know my team wants Harvey Dead. While he has taken up too much of our precious time - we do need and want to be at all of Harvey Robinson's trials.

I am always interested in seeing the people who can support a cold hearted serial killer - whose victims include a 5 year old child and a fifteen year old adolescent girl.

Thanks to those of you whom replied to my comment. I am thought to be one of his first victims, although he was never charged with my crimes. I am working with a few journalists at the M CAll to see if I can do anything for added closure, since I have none. Since he was never charged (circumstantial) I can never let it go. I wanted to meet him and ask why, but I am repeatedly told NO WAY by my family and friends, as they think he will mess up my head some more!
I am going to take up the advice given to contact the crime victims counsel for sure (thanks for the advice). It is so strange how all of this comes out as you get older. I really didn't have many problems after my attack, until now, at 31 years old, I am anxiety ridden.

I am not going to drop it, I just can't. There has to be some conclusion for me with this.
