How would you feel if one of the men was the Chief of Staff of your Lt. Governor?

Last fall, in Missouir, the Chief of Staff of the Republican Lt. Governonr in Missouri received a suspendended sentence, and probation for the identical acts that these men were involved in.

You have said that you wanted the cons to take care of them, or, that they should ge the death penalty, yet in Missouri, Eric Feltner, did exactly what these men did, arranged for sex with what he thought was a 13 year old girl, sent her pornography, yet he was given a Suspended Sentence, and received probation.

On the other hand, there have been about four men in the southern part of the state who merely possessed photos of naked underage girls on their computer, who received federal sentences of four years to ten years.

If a man, a Republican Chief of Staff for Lt. Governor Peter Kinder, and a friend of Republican congressman Kenny Hulsholf who almost became Missouri's governor last year, received a suspended sentence and probation for attempting to have sex with a 13 year old, and had sent "her" pornography, is it fair, when compared to the federal sentences given to men who have no Republican political connections, and merely had photos on their computer, had not chatted, or, tried to have sex with underage girls.

I make no claim that they are guilt-free, but merely point out the disparity of the sentences handed out, they receiving sentences of four to ten years in prison, when it is obvious that the man, Eric Feltner, was a more serious danger to the community, because his action went beyond perverted "fantasy" and involved attempting to have sex with an underage girl. Feltner got a suspended sentence and probation.

It is obvious that the Republican Lt. Governor for Missouri, Peter Kinder, interceded for his Chief of Staff, Feltner, as did former Republican Congressman, Kenny Hulsholf. There will be no cons in prison to take care of him, like you wish upon those in this story, nor, will there be a death sentence handed out to Feltner, as one of you suggested was appropriate punishment.

Sentencing must be fair, just and fitting to the crime. Feltner, a Republican avoided being punished, whereas the photo viewers will serve between four to ten years in prison. It just does not seem like a fair application of justice.

I question the parenting in this country. Recently, a 13 year old girl in Oregon sent nude cell phone photos of herself, or, her girlfriend to some boys in her high school. The photos made the round of the football team.

One of the TV network morning shows interviewed the father. They asked him what he was going to do with his daughter. He was stimied. The TV hosts suggested that she be punished, they asked him about punishing her. He stammered around, hadn't thought of punishing her. Now, your 13 year old daughter sends nude photos to boys, that is a problem and calls for correcting her little slutty butt, before it gets worse, yet, the father, a middle to middle upper class sort, was not up for punishing his daughter.

He exclaimed that the school should not punish his daughter, that they ought to punish the boys who had the photos on their cell phone that she had originally sent out. He wanted any of the boys who were of age, to be prosecuted for child ponography.

That was absurd. He has a trampy little daughter, didn't intend to punish her, was mad as hell that the school had punished her, yet he the wanted boys punished.

It is a parenting problem. I know that some women would slit my throat if I suggested that married mothers in the workforce, or, two working parents in the workfoce, USUALLY leads to parenting problems such as this one.

The man would not be surfing on the interent, and be caught by the police, if there weren't trampy little girls out there, taking them up on their offers to meet and have sex.

One young man, about 23-25 on that MSNBC Predator program, admitted to meeting and having sex with at least five girls under the age of 15. If a American daughters do not know that they should stay the hell away from an older man who sends them a photo of their penis, then, there is a parenting problem.

WE have a few pedifiles in our area....but they are kept under servalance by ALL the neighbors...they make one move...and its curtains for them and they know it. Won't be no police protection for these monsters....none whatsoever.
