Let's take a look at what is said in most of the black rap songs shall we? I would venture to guess the word "honky" appears in just about every one of them.. and that is offensive to me.. so let's yank all the rap songs off the air ASAP.

You're absolutely correct Fish. If people are offended by what the see or hear they can allways change the station. But no, There are allways a few self righteous pricks around to complain about it. The problem is the self righteous make the effort to complain, write letters, make phone calls ect. The people who believe in freedom of speech, The right to bear arms, Government reform ect. are, While far outnumbering the special interests, doing nothing.
Until we as a people stand up for what we believe in take our country back we will all be controlled a government that caters to the few instead of the many.

Will someone please read a history book once in a while---particularly the period between WWI and the Nazis taking over in Germany. Everything that's been happening in this country at the instigation of the looney left could be a mirror image of what happened then,and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what happened when unlimited arrogance rules. The last time I heard , freedom of speech was for all people not just minorities. If you really want to do something about racist speech--let's get rid of most of the rap crap and BET TV . Let's get one thing straight about this situation. WYSP fired him because they would have lost too many paid sponsors and advertisers if they kept him on. Let's not make the mistake in thinking that CBS has any kind of morally correct conscience. Just like when they fired Imus in NY. If Kidd Chris has any real talent are drawing an audience, he'll live off his payout by WYSP and be back on the air on a competitors station within the year. His agent has probably already had 2 or 3 phone calls with PD's that want him on their station.

Again, nobody is curtailing his freedom of speech. He has every right to say it, just as much as the company has the right to let him go for saying it.
