I would like to thank the officers at the Holt County police dept. I was pulled over on I-29 for tinted windows and taken to jail for a doobie in the ashtray, and my car was towed to just outside the jailhouse. I was released in the morning on a signature bond and have since been to court and paid a $100 fine. Thanks for locking the car and towing it as soon as you found the roach and doobie. I was so excited when I was released to find the rest of the pound still under the seat and that you hadn't taken my papers. You guys ROCK! Thanks again! Stopped in Forest City to roll one up and was lit by Big Lake. I did remove the tint that was damaged and tinted the entire front darker. I did think it was kind of "prickish" to start peeling my tint for me though. But anyhow, thanks for leaving me my grass.

I have know idea who the pig was that stopped me. No they did not search the car, they found what was rolled up, locked the doors and called a wrecker. I kind of expected them to at the jail, but no. I could see the car out the window too. They didn't even ask about $1800 worth of brand new Kenwood head unit and amps and Alpine speakers and subs in a $500 '77 Nova.

It was a $500 car. I don't still have it, and I'm willing to bet that they will not be reading topix. Even if they do they won't know who I am. Also I doubt they have kept a record of an arrest they made in 1996.

Funny you should say that you don't think that they kept a record of your arrest in 1996. It's still there I'm sure.

Think they'll find? What if I was wrong about the year? Oh and the grass is long since burnt.
